It had to happen someday - injury, vacuum hanging

Ok guys, so I hanged the last 3 days , about 1-2 hours a day with a vacuum hanger using 3 lbs. The injury happened today after about 1.5 hours using the vac hanger. I didn’t feel any pain at all so I didn’t know that this was going to happen. It seems like a “burst something”(I don’t know)

One reason for happening I think that it catched my foreskin(damn foreskin). I have no pain there now, just a very little feel of needling. If I touch it, it feels like little pockets of skin/blood.

I will attach some pics if that’s ok.

Hope you can comment on this.

It doesn’t look very serious. To me it looks like superficial scaring. Regardless, take this as a lesson.

PE takes a lot of dedication and consistency. Even if this injury is superficial, take good care of the wound (you only have one dick). Get some betadine and clean that wound properly. You only have one penis mate, if you screw it up, you get no refunds and only your self to blame.

Yes, it sure is a lesson, one that says that even if you have good technique, added by minimal to zero risk, things can happen. I’ll take a rest until it heals.

What I’m concerned now is how to to make it heal quicker, besides rest. So, betadine is what you recommend ? Anything that I should add besides that ?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blood_blister That is what we used to call a blood blister. I myself would pierce and drain it, then clean the area with rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide. To help it heal fastest, keep it clean and dry. As a wet, warm, damp place, your crotch is fertile ground for bacteria. It looks far wosre than it is, but it will take at least a week, and possibly a bit longer to heal.

On further reading, I take back what I said about piercing it, as a break in the skin will allow bacteria to get into the damaged area. If the blister is ruptured, clean it then and use antibacterial ointment like Neosporin to quicken the healing process.

Thank you for pointing to it. I only taped the glans when I did hang, didn’t think there could form a blister in that location,if I unrolled the foreskin.

Just out of curiousity how long do you hang per set? Have you just started as well?

Given that’s vacuum hanging and based on other members’s experiences, I hanged about 45-60 min/set with 3 lbs, but even my extender could exert a force of about 3 lbs, and I was using it 3-4 hours/set without problems. Yes, I just started vac hanging , 3 days ago.

Yeah this looks worse than the one I had but not particularly different - definately nothing serious. Mine was completely healed after about 2 weeks of no PE, I think I still masturbated a few times in the second week, though.

Did it happen in a similar location?

Do you think it happened because you didn’t tape/wrap that location ?

After it was healed, did it reoccur in the same zone ?

Update: 2 days

From some hard morning erections, the blisters somehow broke(not ” completely “) and I put some betadine on them, waited for 3-4 minutes then washed off. So they look more flat than what was 2 days ago, but still black.

Told you to watch the foreskin. :)

Always limit your sets to 20 minutes, even if you vacuum hang and can handle more. That’s Bib’s advice and he probably knows what he’s talking about. :)

I could vacuum hang 30-35 minutes per set with low weights and, luckily, I didn’t get injured, but I limited my sets to 20 minutes anyway. That should be your first step after healing completely.

Damned foreskin. Sometimes I wish it wasn’t there, but when I read others posts about trying to regain their foreskin, I resign. :)

Yes, bib’s advice is very good. I had that in mind, but I thought, “hey it’s vacuum hanging, can’t happen something bad, right? “. Wrong . :)

Very similar in location.

Not sure. I think it happened because I hadn’t properly ‘squashed’ my glans into the vacuum hanger I was using, such that a bit of that part of the skin was trapped inside in a particularly high-pressure cavity that may have formed due to my failure to correctly wear the device.

I have had no further reoccurances - there is no sign it ever happened at all whatsoever, I had actually forgotten all about it.

From my experience vacuum hanging is a royal waste of time that only leads to injury and discoloration. I don’t believe you will be gripping the ligs enough to do anything, it maybe be useful for ads, but get a bib hanger or Redi Stretcher if your serious about pursuing hanging. You will also avoid this kind of nasty problem, the redi stretcher is actually far easier to use then the vacuum hanger as well, I just wrap with an ace bandage and it is really easy to use.

I have been vacuum hanging sense I started may journey and a have tried lot for different ways to reduce
fluid build up. I think I figured it out about a month ago. I am currently hanging 17.5lbs for a least 30 min
and have minimal fluid build up.
This I what I have been doing. I created my own silicone sleeves, one for the shaft like a condom that
starts below the glans to reduce pinching and create a good seal(a little thicker than a condom).
Then I have a second sleeve for the out side of the cup.
I wrap a piece of paper tape (used for making bandages) under the glans.
I take some KY jelly and apply it to my glans and let it dry. Then i put a piece of tape over the top of the glans to the under side
of the glans connecting it to the tape I have just wrapped around. I also do this going from side
to side to cover the glans entirely. The tape keeps the glans from expanding to much and creating water blisters
if a air pocket is created (usually happens). I get some fluid build up but not enough to create problems. The dried KY
is what helps remove the tape. It still allows the tape to stick but also allows the tape to be removed w/o much pulling on skin.
It creates a barrier between the skin and the adhesive. I noticed if I work out or run with it on (ADS) the natural moisture helps
with tape removal even more. I tried this method w/o the KY and it always took a long time to get the tape off and
the adhesive stuck to my glans when pulling it off. At first I tried powder but the tape still stuck more than I liked. Then I
tried Vaseline, tape didn’t stick enough. The I remembered how I use KY to make Halloween mask makeup not smear
when it dried.
