Anyone who happily converted from a Bib to a Vac?
Question is pretty much in the topic.
I`m a previous Bib hanger and have done two “cycles” with some gains, but had to quit both times due to me not really having the time to do it.
I have now considered adding Vac-hanging, as I imagine it to be much easier to get in effective sets throughout the day, although weight needs to be reduced compared to a Bib hanger. Could possibily solve that by doing some fulcrum hanging or RSDT.
I would appreciate to hear your experiences.
I am uncut, so I`m not the most optimistic about vac-hanging, but I`ve heard many uncuts have done it successfully.
