So I began using the PF on 16th of June 2018. I think at this point i have read everything about it, and I’m confident I’m using it optimally. Tomorrow is the last day of the second month. I measure every 16th of the month, take many measurements and find the most consistent values and take a note. I am 100% confident I take accurate measurements, to me measuring correctly is as important as proper technique during PE.

I try to wear the PF for 12 hours per day, 6 days per week. Some days I do less, like if i put it on late, but never less than 10.5 hours. I don’t try to “catch up” these lost hours. When i measure on the 16th, i will have accumulated around 500 hours.
I also do a morning routine involving 10 minutes of stretching and 7.5 minutes at low - medium pressure in the Bathmate. I was informed this may be a bad idea but I’m basing my routine off the accumulation of some studies and working for the optimum here. Theoretically this is it. I will be doing this for initially 6 months. If no improvements; im done with it. If even 0.5cm NBPEL true gain (in theory i should have almost an inch), then I’ll stick with it

So far in the past 2 months i have learned a lot.
I learned that i can increase the tension and not get ring burn by wearing a wristband over the shaft of my unit, that not wearing the protector cap can make it easier to wear and get a better stretch and that edema that can form in the foreskin if left naturally to subside can take 12 hours or more, however if an erection is created, even partial one, and gripping the shaft around the fluid build-up gently for 15 minutes can 95% resolve it in this short time.
I have also learned to use the correct sized bell - without the protector cap, if the head is engorged slightly it can press into the rim of the bell, causing pressure and a deep purple line that i assure is, is damn excruciating. Its happened twice now; the first time i thought my dick was actually severed in the middle it was so painful, and although you don’t personally know me, i assure you i have a high pain thresh-hold. Believe me, you don’t want to go through this.
I hope this experience helps someone.

Anyway, I shall post my first months results now, and hopefully I’ll remember to keep this thread up to date.

I wont post my actual stats, only growth, loss, or no change; I find this to be most appropriate.

Month one:

SFL + 0.3
NBPFL + 1
NBPEL + 0
BPEL + 0.1
MSFG + 0.5
MSEG + 0.1

I believe these first month “gains” are simply the fluffing caused by doing PE. I have no doubt this will all be gone if i stop PE for over a week. I’m happy to see the increase in size, nothing in the minus, but confident its an illusion. Lets see what month 2 has to say before i give credit or discredit, and hopefully by month 6, all will be clear.

Out of curiosity, how long can you wear the forte before requiring a break? I have no experience with it. Also, do you know what the different tension levels are, minimum to maximum possible grams? For example, I can go from between 600 to 1800 grams of tension with the X4 extender.

Perfect timing! Looking forward to these updates, the good the bad and little tips and tricks you find for yourself. Considering adding this next since I’m currently stalling.

Quick question: are you cut/uncut? If uncut have you found any difficulty with foreskin using this device?

Also what does your day usually consist of when wearing this and does any of that activity interfere with the device?

I dont take breaks, I go pretty much for the 12 hour stretch. If i get some discomfort from the foam ring, I just switch the side of the tug. I go for a pee maybe 3 times in the day, at which point i give it a couple of minutes to breathe aferwards and perform some gentle stretches.

Its hard to say about the tension in grams, as it works on a green, yellow and red icon system. Youll have to Google it for a better description as a “picture speaks a thousand words” and all, but basically the harder the tension is, the more it pulls a chamber across revealing more of the color. low green is around 0.4kg, medium green is around 0.85kg, early yellow is 1.1kg, mid-yellow 1.5kg but then theres a big jump and early red is 2kg and at the end of the red is around 3kg.

I hope what i wrote previously helped you out. I listed most of the tips i have found so far to be helpful but if i have anymore, Ill be sure to write them here.

I am uncircumcised, when wearing I put the foreskin over my glans. I have found this most effective when not wearing the protector cap, however it leads to slightly more edema but it evens out because with the protector cap, it would trap mostly the foreskin and not the glans and require several pumps to fit snugly. This would cause edema because of the higher vacuum. But without the cap, I use a one-quarter pump because the glans fits snugly. This pretty much balances the edema as the same amount, maybe a little more this way but it quickly goes with careful compression. I just watch some Family Guy as it’s around that time at night I’m going to unwind from the day, get a semi in my shorts and compress it slightly for an episode. the semi fades after a few minutes but the compression remains adequate with the hold. So to answer your question more fully, i would say that having foreskin should not cause any issue when wearing the device.

Hard to answer accurately but i’ll make some necessary points.
I don’t perform exercises when wearing this - i cant imagine how people say they can run or jog in it. For me the clip will come off or it will lose suction or something. I definitely wouldn’t lift weights in it, I’m sure the belt would pop off. Issues do come to light when changing position from sitting to standing, this is minor but changing position also means a change of tension, there’s no real way around that as far as i know. Its best to keep an eye on it and i find myself checking it probably over 20 times in a day. It’s not too much of an inconvenience though as i just look down my trouser waistband, takes literally a couple of seconds.
For me the most important factor was keeping the correct tension. For me, this use to be at the beginning of the yellow, but now its at the beginning of the red. The issue is ring-burn, where the rubber ring that holds the device around the shaft contacts the shaft, The pressure at the contact point can build to something rather painful. To get around this, i have been using a sports wristband around my shaft that the ring presses into instead. I upped the tension to maximum however it is unsustainable like this due to the device popping off when sitting sometimes, and so I reduce it to mid-red for the majority of the time.

Thanks for the response. This is of much interest to me because with the X4 you have to take a break every 30 to 40 minutes, if you are lucky you can get a little longer in it. If with the forte it is possible to get the same tension and can go for longer stretches of time before removing it, well that’s a pretty dam big win in my book.

Lol, so now I need to decide if an investment in the forte is worth the return. At first glance, it would appear so!

I hear many people classifying the PF as an ADS, but i’m not sure its entirely accurate; if anything I think its a hybrid between an ADS and an extender.

Have a good think about that investment, and don’t buy too soon, It’ll still be around later. I say this because I’m almost 500 hours in with no noticeable gains and also deciding if my investment was worth the return - of course, this is after the purchase when it’s too late to do anything about it. If the least i can do with my PF usage is save somebody the financial loss and hassle, i guess it would make me feel less of a sucker.
Not so speak preliminary though; if you dont mind waiting, I plan to stick around here for some time longer as im currently on th final day of the second month of my 6 month trial period using the PF. Im very scrutinous so if it works, or doesnt work, perhaps my experience will push you in the right direction

I have been considering performing longer fulcrum stretches instead. But I’m still bouncing between thoughts on how I will progress from month 4 onwards; until then though the routine will not involve the BM. I definitely need the bigger bell if im going to be using that, which I left in storage before working abroad, really didnt think i’d need it. Gotta get it at some point. I really do think the BM has a place in the PF routine, and I have a strong feeling you may have arrived at the same conclusion i did, given the same resources I studied (all available online). I have a feeling you are going to face away from me regarding this, though :/

Update regarding my wristband use for harder tension.

So as I previously stated, I started wearing a wristband on my unit so it was possible to increase the tension without ring-burn. After 8 days of this, at high tension, I began to feel quite a solid pain in the ligs. It became very sore, to the point I had to stop wearing the device early that day. The next day after only 3 hours, the lig pain returned. To tackle this, it has been necessary to remove the wristband for now and lower the tension to the yellow. So far (2 days later), this seems to have resolved the lig pain but I will give it a total of 3 days before I increase the tension and use the wristband again. It may be most efficient to do one day on, one day off with the wristband

Notes: I have obviously not lost size with the minus value, flaccid size is notorious for its fluctuations. “+0” means there is no change from the previous month. As for the increase in BPEL, this may be because i jammed the ruler in harder than last time, or actual growth, but I’m inclined to say its because i jammed it in harder. I would say this month, compared to last; no change at all.

I would just stick to your extender/manual stretch routine for now and see how it pans out. I’m sure you will gain off of this with time under your belt.

I thought your would, and although I have a different standpoint, I still respect yours. I have, however, decided not to use the Bathmate for the next 2 months to see if I get any gains. If I get something, even 2 mm since the measurements taken at the end of month 1, (i’ll know, im very meticulous) Bathmate stays away until I go for my girth routine next year. If no gains at all, it comes back out again for a try. But i’m with you about the extender/manual routine for now, I really hope to gain even 0.5cm in the 6 month trial. Would be really shitty if I dont.
