Sorry to shift the thread, just wanted to give a few cents towards my best regards.

Hey D, thanks for the message.

I plan to take a week off, i’m on day 4 right now. I have been doing stretches and jelqs as it was, 10 minutes every morning with heated stretches, 20 of jelq, 10 of edging then into the PF. Not sure how much of my thread you read but this is how it was. That alone should have done something if the PF really is just an ADS. It seems nothing will work and I have wasted some effort each day for the past 7 months. Also, I wish it could be called a plateau but that would indicate I was actually making some gains to start with!!

Lol I keep saying I have the SG and plan to use it! If anything SG will be for the daytime and PF for the night time to try to keep it extended as an ANS. This will still allow optimal recovery with no impedence so at the very least, it will not cause gains on it’s own but It will also not prevent anything from coming of the rod extender.

HenrikL,

1mg Finasteride would reduce DHT by about 60%, this is a statistical number (64.1%) however, and the actual impact would depend on the individual. Thing is that Finasteride does not have impact only on DHT but on other hormones as well, both directly and indirectly. I’ve used it for about 20 years and would recommend against using it. If one simply must use it, it should be the absolute minimum amount, for sure less than 1mg daily.

Awesome thread.

Glad to see someone actually keep up with the updates!

They have the Phallosan Plus now which uses the rod system along with the Bell and condom sleeve. If you have the Size Genetics you may be able to use the Plus attachment with it. I just started wearing the phallosan 5 days ago. I hope I have better results. Thank you for providing updates Lightning Zee.

Ive made some slight gains with the phallosan, but think the overall design is flawed. It seems anybody that was making gains was a noob and most experienced users that is already conditioned don’t gain. I was mostly focusing on correction of a side curve, and thought the design would be better and didn’t make any difference. I was able to get some correction from a rod extender.

I don’t think lack of gains would be hard to swallow if they didn’t cost so much. When it’s twice as much as most name brands and a lot more over a generic rod system.

That being said I plan on getting a Forte plus. I’ve used a lot of extenders. Size Dr, other vacuum and noose systems and the phallosan is the most comfortable and simple to use. The plus looks less complicated getting on and off

I’m adapting the vacuum bell to be used with my X4 extender. I’ll let you all know how it works.

Started 5.5 x 4.2 Feb 2015

Current 7.25 x 5.5 - 6.25 Base girth?

Goal 7.75 x 5.75?

I did this. I shimmed the rods with scotch tape to increase the OD of the rods where they attach to head assembly. Worked great. I prefer the X4 base as the lower contour keeps me from getting ball burn. The base of the PMP caused me ball burn.

I tried to do just what you are. The only issue it was a hassle to put the base of the extender on the put the vac bell one then connect it to the X4. The base is getting tight almost like i have a cock ring on. Not what you want when extending.I tried the wide girth X4 base but it so uncomfortable I couldn’t make it past 30 minutes without taking it off. I’m going to try to modify a cylinder silicone base and see if that works. Even with the wide girth base the vac bell wouldn’t fit through.

I have that configuration and works GREAT.

But I still dont understand why the phallosan used as ADS would not work, while extenders would in theory apply same tension for around same hours, and gives results.

Why in your oppinion the ADS tend to give zero results while extenders do work?

And could this configuration of rod extender attached to comfortable phallosan type grip, work?

@LighteningZee If you are interested in selling the PF, message me.

The classic PF is mainly for guys suffering from steel cord/ tough ligaments. I would recommend 6 months of 12 hours per day. I gained 3 cm that way and my dick feels a lot more comfortable since that.

Rod extenders can be worn always and forever as they work by a different approach.

Do you mean you use the suction head from the Penimaster Pro? And the base of the X4?

Yes.

The base of the PMP gave me ball burn and I am conditioned to the X4 base. So I used the X4 base and rod/piston assembly with the PMP vac attachment assembly.

Worked well, other than those pesky blisters:-(

Dang - I am bummed to hear about the blisters. They could derail for several days, right? Do they happen often? Is there a way to avoid the blisters with the vac attachment? The noose format was just so uncomfortable and almost unbearable for me and I don’t want to do it again.

Depending on severity, blisters can set you back for over four weeks or more. I was able to overcome my first one in a few weeks, but the second one took almost four weeks and was even more problematic because I tried to spring back from it too early. Here is my first blister, the second one is documented as well. LittleEngine - I think I can…Little Engine’s Climb

In the end I went back to the strap style attachment method.

Some are able to condition to vacuum systems and develop successful blister mitigation techniques.
