Penimaster Pro or Phallosan?

Penimaster Pro or Phallosan?

A little background. Been steadily PEing for about a year. Did JP9, then gained a little from manuals, then hanging with an LG hanger. I worked up to 15lbs and started having numbness and blister issues. I never really go to the point where I felt fatigue even after 6 months of hanging up to 3-4 hours a day. I feel I have a VERY strong dick. When it comes to PEing the grip of my hands or device are the limiting factor. I have taken about 3 weeks off since I never did a decon. Will prob start back up with manuals then considering an ADS o some sort.

So I feel like maybe more time under tension would be the most effective. I’m looking for comfort and concealment. Wondering if anyone has any experience with either or both the penimaster pro and/or Phallosan. Also open to other suggestions. My main concern is length.


Start/Current: BPFSL - 8"/9", BPEL - 7.5"/8.25", NBPEL - 7"/7.75", MSEG - 5.5"/6"

All time goal: 9.5"x6.5"

Would be itnereting if you post all detail about your career man. Gains/routine with manuals, any decon break before jumping to hanging witth the LG? Are you cut?

Most people don’t start gainign till they reach 20lb hanging. What angle are you hanging with? How long did you stick with manuals and why you quitted if you were gaining?

So no gains at all after manuals?

All this question would be so helpful man, I see myself in the same situatuion as you….


When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

Personally, I think you need a longer decon break, especially if you were hanging 15 pounds of weight for 3-4 hours.

What direction were you hanging, straight down, between your butt cheeks, with a pulley? Have you ever done A- or V-stretches? Give me a little feedback and I might have some suggestions.

Oh, I purchased a Penimaster Pro and have been using it for about 2 weeks. I can tell you more about it here or you can check out my log. Once I get more feedback though, I might have another suggestion before ADS.

At one point while using manuals it seemed like I was gaining BPFSL fairly quick. Maybe 3/8” or so in a couple weeks then the gains slowed. Continued for a while and made no more gains. I want length so since hanging is considered the most effective way I went that route. Got an LG and started at 3lbs and VERY slowly worked up to 15. I hung btc for prob 2-3 months, tried straight out for a while as well. I did at one point experiment with ots and weirdly enough seemed to start gaining a little but I was unable to continue as my dick would get numb at that angle. Dr ric said upward angles can cause a tournequit effect. I already have pretty poor sensation so I absolutely do not want to risk losing anymore. I actually went back to manuals and I eventually worked up to pulling very hard for multiple sets. Did under the leg, a stretches, tunica tugs, ulis, etc. I honestly think my dick just got tougher cuz no matter how intense or long I’d stretch, my dick never felt fatigue. So I’m about a month of no PE and want to start over. I’m thinking that maybe constant light tension for longer periods might work better but I’m open for suggestions. Not sure if I can gain after how intense I got to by decreasing intensity. Also unsure as to how much longer I should take a break before starting again. I’m very consistent and feel for as much work as I put in I haven’t gained as much. My signature measurements might be a little off as I think over time I pulled harder and pressed the ruler into my pelvis harder. Just need some guidance.

I also understand that some don’t gain with hanging till they reach 20lbs, and I think that I prob fall in that category, but it seems like once I got to 15 I started having issues with blister and sensitivity. I feel like I could honestly hang a lot more weight but it’s the attachment that’s the issue. I’d increase time very little and get a blister which would force me to take around a week off and have to start back up at a lower weight and time.

You didn’t mention jelqing. Do you ever jelq?

Are you doing any exercises that work girth? I know your focus is length, but I personally think every routine should include a little girth work so the inside of your penis in being forced in both directions.

I have done ulis periodically. I did do jelquing when I did jp90 and have done it periodically as well but I have a pretty bad turkey neck and want to avoid making it worse.

I think jelqing is the basic exercise for every PE routine. I hold my skin back towards the base when I jelq and have never had an issue with the turkey neck effect.

To answer your original question, I would go with the Penimaster Pro (PMP), or any other extender that you can wear comfortably. The PMP is spring loaded so tension is applied to your penis at all times, I think, better facilitating BPEL gains. The PMP also has the option to use the device like the Phallosan, so you get two devices in one. I think the big difference between the two is the continual tension on your penis. Unless you do a lot of walking, once you set the tension for the Phallosan, that is the max tension you will get unless you switch angles while wearing it. With the PMP or any extender, the spring load continues to apply tension as your penis relaxes.

Could you mention your routines and gains exactly? Have you gained? If so, why did stop doing what worked?

Most who got results had to wear it for 1000+hours.
