Has anyone tried using an ADS for over a year???

I was just wondering if anyone has tried wearing an ADS consistently everyday for over a year before? From what I can recall from my 3.5ish years here, no one has. The only extended use of an ADS I have been able to find is the 60 days done by makyen here: Initial AutoADS 60 day gain report: makyen .

makyen had really amazing results.

Personally, I wouldn’t count anything less than 12 hours per day as a true All Day Stretch. 12 hours even seems like too little to me. I am more talking along the lines of 18 - 24 hours.

It only makes sense to me that if someone were to try to wear an ADS all the time for a solid year, along with other exercises like jelqing and stretching that they would see amazing results. To me it seems like simple science. If you pull on it all day for a long time with relatively low tension, it should grow should it not?

What do you guys think? I am half thinking about trying it. I just don’t know how I could hide it from the Girlfriend for that long.

I once wanted to keep my extender for 16 hours but the customer service told me not to do it because after 11 hours the penis cells doesn’t divide . Does anyone here know if this hold true ?

I don’t know if the customer service knew anything scientific about penis growth. By what I know, vendors of commercial devices don’t know anything deep about this subject: they only think :”Keep it pulled, and it will be longer.”

So said, connective tissue elongation tends to plateau after a given number of hours/day under tension. The penis is mainly composed by connective tissue. Make you the sillogism.

Hmmm I don’t know if that’s true or not. It wouldn’t really make sense to me…

I am really interested in this though. All I can think about are those crazy stories of those African tribes who hang stones from their penises for years and grow to ridiculous lengths. I don’t care if those stories are fake or not, what I want to know is the possibilities of ADSing for a ridiculous time period for over a year or even multiple years to see how long one gets. I know that tension would constantly have to be increased as the penis gets used to it.

But has anyone really tried it before? I mean a full on honest 18+ hours per day for over a year. To me this seems like the simplest idea in PE history, but also one that makes a lot of sense.

Would you wear an ADS 16+ hours daily for 1 year and more, if after the first 3-4 months you aren’t getting good gains?

GoldMember worn a stretcher (should be the static stretcher) for maybe 3 months 16+ h/daily; he gained 1/8”; this is true if my memory serves, of course. Try doing a search about.

Hmmm good point, if you aren’t gaining than why continue… maybe that is why people haven’t done it.

Edit: Yeah he said 1/8th of an inch in 2 months with 500+ hours of wear time.

But maybe that’s just because he used the static stretcher? Or maybe he is a hard gainer? 1/8th” / 3months = 0.5” in a year… which is decent for any vet PEr… just rhyming off an idea here, I would love to hear what others think.

I’m no vet but also in the book that came with my andro device, it says to start stretching 4 cm below your Bpel. For the first 5 days to wear it 3 hours a day and at day 6 add .5cm and wear it for 6 hours a day. Day 11 add another .5cm and wear it 8 hours a day until day 16. This is when you wear it for 9 hours a day and once a week add .5cm, then after 3 months every 2 weeks add .3cm or .5cm. So if he had some similar instructions, then he gained with a light stretch, after 3 months is where it gets pretty tough, I tried to follow this but I really felt no pull after hours with very low tension. So I am still looking for some with more experience, if you find anything, could you post it here, because I know I will.

I think you would get the best gains by using it with jelqs and stretches after wearing it in the evening. You would also have to take some deconditioning breaks, maybe a few days every month would work.

Well, to be honest I have read a lot of your posts about collagen growth/lengthening. :)

I’ve been doing this now for 1.5 weeks, after a long break, it does seem to work.

Much more definite to me, however, is the fact that I really feel a strong stretch when doing manual stretches after wearing the ADS for a whole day.
I feel the ligs and everything. I even don’t use a lot of force because it would be too much I think. Same effect when doing jelqs.
Even erect kegels, or just really strong erections, seem to stress the tissues enough after having worn the ADS for a whole day to induce some growth/micro tears.

This in contrary to doing stretches without having worn the ADS. It doesn’t seem to do much for me at all. I feel I’m just in the elasticity zone.

In what position are you wearing your ADS and for how long? Are you experiencing better flaccid and pliability as well? How is your EQ? Good luck!

OK Let me give you guys the low down.

As you know I sell PE Weights an ADS

I will tell you, They will not produce gains.

They will, however, enable you to keep what gains you’ve made through heavy hanging.

Obviously, heavy hanging is something greater then the ADS because gains will stop after a short time. If you get any gains at all.

The point of an ADS is not gains because you cannot in a practical way put enough stress on your unit to get gains ALL day.

What needs to happen is increased stress levels at intervals to get the gains and the ADS to help prevent losses and plateauing.

So monty, you’re trying to say that you cant gain length from ADS? Hmm, I have read much that differs from that opinion.
