Extender routine break

Hi guys

Experienced users of extender:
What is your opinion about a 1 day break, 3 days break, 5 days break, 7 days break, or even 2 weeek or 4 week decon breaks?

Would that stop the momentum? cause hardening?
What you think?

I’ve done many 1-2 day breaks and a couple of week long breaks.

They tend to allow the fascia to become softer and more pliable with minimal shrinkage. Then when you start again, it’s easier to stretch farther.

I was reluctant to take days off for over 2 months. I wanted to maximize hours count

But then i accumulated wounds in different spots and worth a rest til I heal,
Hope it doesnt stop my progress which was good.

I always find edging to be a great way to pass time while healing. While others my say don’t do anything.

Feel your way through it.

Well these 4-5 days break is feeling like back to teenager priapism.
Permanent hardons but… the flaccid slowly shrinking.
No loss in erect gains though… apparently.

I am dying for my wounds to heal fully to resume treatment

I take breaks once a day every 1-2 weeks or so for a break. It seems to really help with gains. I’ve gained 1/4 inch in 3 months so far with extender only.
