I'm In Need Of A Pump Routine To Go Along With My 6-8hr Extender Routine

Hi guys.. First post here. Like the title says, I use an extender for 6-8hrs a day and am trying to come up with a worthwhile pumping routine to help my girth. I’ve done some marathon sessions, some static & pulse pumps. But nothing seems to stay (temp gains). I’ve pumped for over a year so I can handle pretty good pressure (7.5 Hg’s) for 15mins. Should I be low pressure for longer pumps or higher pressure for shorter times. Thanks for the help

I gained over an inch in girth following the following routine:

Pumped for 20 minutes at 5 hg in the morning (after extending) and again at night, five or six days a week. I also pumped once a week for 45 minutes at 4 hg. I also included pulse Pumping in the above routine.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

You have made some great gains there dtwarren1942 with a relatively simple routine well done mate.

Low intensity. Great to “fill in” the expansion created by extending.

You don’t want to extend with a dick that was pumped prior for too long cause you will always get some edema that the extender will interfer with creating skin problems.

Thank you & yes.. I ALWAYS extend first & then get a pump in to help get blood to my tired member. So you think low pressure on my pump after extending is best?

Yeah cause the major expension should’ve already happened with the extending. Nothing wrong with some short higher hg pressures though if you know what you are doing.
But going hard extending and then hard pumping seems too much.

Think about adding helicopter stretches in between extending when you restrap. That’s because extending is very 1 dimensional.
