Extender Routine for Non-Beginner?
I just bought the size genetics extender and it is in the mail. I’ve been searching for a routine for experienced PEers, (been at it about 4 years), but only have come up with beginner routines for people with no previous PE experience. I currently stretch and pump 6 days a week. Can I continue with my regular manual exercises while slowly breaking in the extender or do I need to take extra rest days and tone down my regular routine?
