Hey guys,

I just bought the size genetics extender and it is in the mail. I’ve been searching for a routine for experienced PEers, (been at it about 4 years), but only have come up with beginner routines for people with no previous PE experience. I currently stretch and pump 6 days a week. Can I continue with my regular manual exercises while slowly breaking in the extender or do I need to take extra rest days and tone down my regular routine?

I am in the same boat, have an x-4 arriving Tuesday and I am looking for tips as well. I would imagine due to the learning curve of any new device that we should start out with the beginner advice. The only difference is that since are experienced in PE we may most likely be able to move on a bit faster. I would approach it with common sense and caution for at least a week or two and then monitor your PI’s and go from there.

I suggest trying the Velcro mod for the sg it’s just a cheap way to make the extender to be more comfortable. Because for me at least the other attachments always end up slipping off, but this might not be an issue for you in particular. Try googling Size genetics velcro mod it’s on there. I just started wearing mine today even though I had it for a couple months and I wore it for 12 straight hours with the velcro. Good luck!

I have tried both vac and Noose, sitting with the noose on now. keep the penis stretched to a light pull not much force, just enough. The vac is comfortable but the noose wins in my opinion because it takes 2 seconds to get on/off and it honestly feels like its a completely different pull. I will say something that I’m liking is it seems to be giving me a mushroom head, its creating a flare on my head that I never had. If that is not eexplained well enough let me know.

Also some might not agree but some recommend going by your stretched length of your BPEL or NBPEL, I don’t agree. I feel it just needs to be pulled to a stretched length thats comfortable then progress through time. Raybbay set his at 1/4 smaller than his length and still gained (I’m sure that’s right)?

Hybrid - Extender Jelqing

Hey guys,

I’d like to propose my new extender routine for feedback. Let me know what you think? Has anyone tried this or have come across a similar routine?

ROUTINE:

1. Warm up 5mins using warm rag
2. Apply stretcher (I.e. Sizegenetics) to flaccid penis (in my case 4”)
3. Stretch penis to comfortable max (in my case 6”) (I.e. Not absolute max in my case 6.75”) - Hold for 30 mins
4. While stretched do 50-100 sets of partial jelqing (using two fingers apply firm forward motion ontop and bottom sides of shalf - from base to tip).
Repeat sets with 1-2mins rest.

INTRODUCTORY RESULTS:

After doing this routine for about 4 days I’ve noticed some positive PE indicators including minor (possibly temporary gains) in length (0.2”) and girth (0.1”). I’ve also improved firmness of erections as well as general libido.

I second that. Use a bit of cloth or bandage around your unit to stop slippage and put a silicon comfort sleeve over the top. Works fine with the DIY Velcro strap. The Vacextender mod is also good but be careful not to tension too much. I did that and got a blister even with the vacuum tape. Reckon it is not a bad idea to have both the Vacextender and the DIY velcrop stap in your armory, They stress your unit differently. I used the strap after getting a small blister as you need to rest the vacextender after a blister to give proper time for healing.

I think the vac attachments for the extenders are far more comfortable, however I just seem to gain length on my head. With the noose style extender the head length doesn’t change but the mushroom effect does. Don’t think there is a perfect solution. Maybe an alternation is the answer.

Here is what I do. I keep a bit of skin over the corona because of sensitivity issues and this also helps with my FR. I just squeeze the extra blood out of my glans about 30-minutes after starting and really do not have much head-swell. Seems to work find and I have not increased the size of my glans. Anyhow, I am not sure if it helps to keep my glans from retaining excessive amount of blood.

I am up to about 170 hours and do not understand how people can wear an extender for 12 hours a day.
