Angle of your Extender

So most demonstration videos will show a user of an extender (in my case the Penimaster Pro) and will have their extender pointing directly down between their legs during use. Do any of you extender users switch up the angles as you wear through the day? Up, down, side to side, etc. I find the easiest is down or straight up. Any advantage to using particular orientations over others? I’ll notice I get more tension when I point downwards vs upwards.

the way i designed my homemade extender necessitates me using 2 angles…
i got a shoe lace attached to a carabiner that hooks into two hair bands that have an ace band going through both of them, wrapping them to my dick.
that shoe lace i loop around my right/leg root with another carabiner (to itself).

so either i am extending down to my right foot or i am extending down to my left foot.

Then: 6.5 BPEL | 5.5 NBPEL x 5.5 MSEG | 5.0 BEG

Now: 8.11 BPEL | 7.24 NBPEL x 5.5 MSEG | 5.0 BEG

(06-2017):NBPEL: 6.3 MSEG: 4.8

Now: NBPEL: 6.7 MSEG: 5.9

Don’t extend anymore but I got the highest tension when the extender was positioned straight out in an upright sitting position. If I was standing or lying down however straight down was best.

Also a penimaster user, also straight down as I wear it under my clothes.

Usually you get more tension when you point downwards.
But, I suggest you to wear it upwards and also side to side too, that’s what I do for a long period of time.

I have the same routine that I use every day.I start out with the extender up. Then I am adding rods every few minutes until I reach my limit of length. 25-30 minutes up and then I extend down, which means I have to reduce the number of rods or length of the extension. In total 45-50”, then I pump for 10-15”.


Started 6.4" in the tube 2/18. Now 8" 6/10/19 in tube. 6/10/19 BPEL 7.7", BPFSL 8". Began extender 9/4/18, followed by pumping. Short term goal 8" in the tube.Long term goal. 8" x 6" outside of tube. Penimaster rods 11/6/18: UP: 2x.5cm, 2x2cm, 2x4cm, 2x8cm,2x6cm

I do the same as well, adding rods over time, but changing on a longer timeframe of every hour. I also notice when I pump after an extender session, that my max length in the cylinder hits much quicker. Before when I’d only pump, I’d notice that over the pump session my dick would gain length from milking the tube but very slowly and would max out near the end of the session. It’s nice to be at max length for most of the pump session now :)

I vary it. It feels like the tension is more focused on different areas at different angles.

I’ve seen some on here claim that angled straight down produces length gains, while up produces girth gains. I don’t really think that’s particularly accurate, but I do remember when I first aimed straight down, it was an entirely different experience from what I’d done previously.

I think you simply need to change angles for comfort. that gives variety and fun

can you explain a bit more? why wouldnt you reach the peak length til the session is mostly over?
how long is that session and how you push to get the max extension? pulsing pressure up and down or holding pressure for minutes?¿

So if I just do a pump session one day without any extension work the day of or even before, then it takes a bit longer for me to reach max length in the tube for some reason, unless I am milking the tube every few minutes. I usually run a 20-30 minutes session, but no longer. I run lower pressure at 4-5 inHg and when i “milk” the tube I will allow the pressure to go up 1 inHg max. Think of milking as tugging the tube away from your body while your cock is snug inside, almost like jerking off but the strokes are pretty short.
