Reading this review and the guy is complaining because the extender has a max reach of 5” which should work for a avg guy as to start as your supposed to wear it flaccid correct? I see, you can buy bigger rods for $25, but the one guy did mention in the comments of buying a rod from a store, which I have seen them at home depot for few bucks so buy one and cut for length needed :) or buy the $25 rods which are 7.5” which are perfect I don’t really wanna get to more then 6.5-7” anyway but 1.5-2 inch gain would be nice/the goal.

I believe those are threaded rods, so you have to buy the rods made for whatever extender you own. I would look at several extender options before buying that one.

I think being economical and pe do not go hand in hand. Not senselessly throwing away money though is good practice, but pe is serious stuff and you just dont strap on a noose style extender and go.
I suggest using an extender that attaches to the penis with vaccuum and doesnt constrict blood flow, unless you have a much wider flaccid glans than your shaft which makes attachment trivial.

Extenders don’t work if they don’t give you room to exceed your current erect length. The first extender I got had enough extensions to reach 13". Any extender worth its salt should at least give ALL sizes the opportunity to go up 2+ inches, unless you’re already 11+ (bastards).
Starting BPEL: 8". Starting girth: 6.5"
