I’m sorry all I know this is a little bit redundant, and YES, I have used the search function.

My question is as follows: I know you should not stretch while erect, but if you do stretch while semi-erect does this hamper/stunt gains?

The only reason I ask is after I warm up and begin stretching I always seem to get a hard-on, I have no idea why! I’ve even tried pinching myself with my free hand lol but it doesn’t work…

This sucks.


I think its fine just as long as you can keep bending and twisting it. Just don’t get too dam hard!

I'm pissed of with my gains and loses. I've been doing this for more than 4 years. I keep measuring wrong and the next time I update my signature you will see impressive results.

It certainly isn’t going to help. Stretching something that is thinker is more difficult than stretching something that is thinner.

I am sure it is better than no stretching at all though.

Stretch flaccid, the only blood that could be in your penis is blood in the glans to improve grip. If you have trouble getting flaccid, do some inverted v stretches before your workout.
