Yet another stretching thread!
I’m sorry all I know this is a little bit redundant, and YES, I have used the search function.
My question is as follows: I know you should not stretch while erect, but if you do stretch while semi-erect does this hamper/stunt gains?
The only reason I ask is after I warm up and begin stretching I always seem to get a hard-on, I have no idea why! I’ve even tried pinching myself with my free hand lol but it doesn’t work…
