Congrats! I have been PE’ing for 7 years now, and those are impressive gains. Reading your posts is making me realize, if I should go back to doing some manual work, while dropping hanging. Of course, I am up to some big weight in hanging, but, we’ll see.

Question for you. Based on your experiance and success with clamping at first and now jelqing, do you think that 90 - 100% erect slow jelqing is more effective then clamping?

I’m not sure. I definitely seem to be gaining faster from jelqing, but since it has only been 3/1/2 weeks, its hard to say. A few months will tell. The 90%-100% erect, extreme squeeze on the way down seems to be doing wonders! I still have a hard time believing it.

I’ve said for years that jelqing is the king of PE exercises, whether used as an exercise in it’s own right, or as an adjunct to other exercises.
Jelqing will help you get the most out of all your other exercises because it increases the ‘stretchability’ of the tissues in length and girth. It also forces blood, and therefore oxygen and nutrients into all the tissues.

High erection level jelqing creates extremely high pressures; higher than clamping even, although for shorter time-spans.
You need to be experienced, know exactly how your penis feels under various levels of load, and very well conditioned.
It creates a high risk of damaging the valves in blood vessels and lymphatic vessels, and potentially the whole erection mechanism of the penis.

High erection level jelqing will also acclimatise the tissue to high pressures quickly, making it more difficult to get long term gains.
So although it may be of benefit to long time clampers, for most guys it is not necessary, counter productive to long term gains, and is potentially highly risky. You only get one penis.

The most useful results from jelqing, for most guys, are from 60-70% level jelqing. If some jelqing is not in your routine, add them!

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Did you stop clamping when you started the stretching and jelqing routine?

Did you wetjelq? what did you use to jelq?

I’m curious about this too. If you are erect, I’m assuming you jelq upwards, using a thumb-on-top grip?

Great gains! What does the “extreme squeeze on the way down” mean? Also, how much did you increase your hanging time by?

Newbies should really listen to Dr. Goat’s words. Full erection jelqs are extremely dangerous, you should have atleast 18 months experience before even attempting, or say hello to veanus leakage.

So you did 600 jelqs per day? 300 takes you 15 minutes long and slow at 100% erect.

It takes me 15 minutes to do like 50! Or I’d probably up my jelq rate as well.

I have a theory that if you have a good girth size or just a thicker base girth than upper shaft girth then you will find it easier to gain girth with jelqing. If you have a baseball bat effect like myself it is harder to create a lot of pressure right from the start and this can result in further adding to the baseball effect.

In these 3 1/2 weeks did you have any days off in your routine?
