From what i’ve read so far it could be a good alternative to DLD’s “dual fulcrum” to get to my goal of being able to do the “A” stretch.
BTW, not sure if RB’s stretch is called ‘dual-fulcrum’ or just plain ‘fulcrum’.
He may have both ways?

Didn’t give it any sort of name, just basically find a long enough cylindrical object that you can use in place of your arm to do the A stretches with.
