What could 10 years of PE produce.....

As someone who is pretty young (18), I’m looking at doing this PE thing for the long term. In doing so, I find myself wondering, what gains can be had 5, 10, 15 years down the road? Will it be continuous, or will it just drop off? Now, I know that everyone is unique in there physiology and that now set rule can be found, but I’m just curious as to what you guys think.

Interesting question. 10 years of continuous P.E.? I guess you could tell us in 10 years.

How big do you honestly want to get? Might be a little much… :P

Most likely you’ll hit a wall.

Some bodybuilders can’t get beyond a certain point, just like some basketball players can’t add beyond a certain amount on their frame.

I’d say within 2 years you’d be done, the rest is just conditioning.

That, or PE could fuck your dick up, and leave you with injuries, ED, etc.

All depends on the person, how hard they train, and their natural anatomy.

PE should, in my opinion, be a health thing, like brushing our teeth and working out.

Obsessing about gains will only lead to disappointment for most people. - babbis

Relating P.E. and bodybuilding, isn’t the greatest of analogies, in my opinion.

Weight lifting can produce strength and size gains for 10 years, depending upon where you started and how far you want to go.

No one really knows what would happen. Is there a limit? Yeah, probably. But who knows, maybe you could break through it. I bet it would be one huge dick.

I assume you are talking about constant PE for ten years…I agree then…if you PE on daily basis for two years. But if you use decon breaks things will go on for more years….pace of gains will be smaller but gains will be there.

Gains stop because people do not use decon breaks in fear of losing any gains…and that is one way ticket. You try harder and penis becomes more conditioned.

For me it was always the way that my penis was growing like 2,3…maybe 4 months and then it was limit…I had to take breaks(already 4 of them) and start again….after the break my penis was growing more…and then situation was the same.

I believe it is possible to PE for 10 years but it would require decon breaks and constant changing of routine. The real problem would be motivation…when you gain 1-2” and it is hard to get another gain you are losing motivation.

I would say that if you do everything right in 10 years you could achieve:

-60% of all gains in first 4 years
-30% in remaining 3 years
-10% in remaining 3 years

But this is just hypothetical….I have no evidence for that and I can not imagine anyone having enough motivation to PE for 10 years! :)

Riiiight.

GM

As for not having motivation, I used to think that too. The whole PE thing wasn’t working for me that much so I decided to just do it for about a month or two and not measure at all. The joy I had when I found that I had gained about .5” in length and .25” (sometimes as much as .5” after clamping) in girth was just something else though. I know things like that won’t happen every month but man, what a feeling.

I disagree with the two year mark being the max you will make gains. At some point in your training you may hit a plateau just like in bodybuilding, but just like in bodybuilding, you can break through it with time and by changing things up.

Starting: (2/1/06) (nbpel=7.8) (bpel=8.15) (eg=5 3/16)

06/29/07: (nbpel=8 1/2) (bpel=9) (mid eg=6) (base eg 6.25)

You might want to take a look at the thread The 3” Club .

I had a post in that thread that addresses this very point. If you were able to add a modest one millimeter per month, in ten years you would have an increase of nearly 4.75” If that’s ever happened, it’s exceedingly rare.

Still, I would encourage you to pursue PE in some form for the rest of your life. Once you’ve reached your size goals, go to a maintenance routine for the health of your penis and the quality of your erections. PE is commonly understood to mean penile enlargement; it seems to be taking on a secondary meaning of penile exercise as well.

Is it possible to gain three or more inches? Based on the above, yes.

Is it likely? Based on the above, not very.

There are too many variables involved to be able to say for sure. Do gains slow or stop because of a biological limit, or due to lack of persistence? Did those who did not gain three inches stop because they decided that they had gained enough?

I believe that everyone has different potential, expressed in different ways. Some gain slowly, some gain more quickly. It’s not difficult for me to believe that some have more growth potential than others. I see this in terms of probabilities.

Your chances of gaining 1/2 inch: good.
One inch: pretty good
Two inches: fair
Three inches: less likely, with diminishing odds for additional size above that.

But surely in a group of this size, there’d be someone for whom too much was never enough. In that case, why aren’t we seeing more members with more than three inches increase? In another thread, I threw out the calculation that if you were able to gain a modest one millimeter per month, that would be 12 millimeters per year, or almost half an inch. Keep that modest rate up, and in five years, you’d have increased 60 millimeters, or more than 2.25”; in ten years, you’d be up by nearly 4.75”. Has anyone actually achieved this? If not, why not?

Perhaps you can, but how many have?

I keep going back to the thought that with the size of the group here, if it were possible to gain indefinitely, someone would have done it by now, and there would be threads about the four inch club and the five inch club.

Gregg Valentino (http://www.greggvalentino.net/) is claiming the largest biceps in the world, at 27”. Are 30” biceps possible? 36”? 48”? if you just “keep at it long enough and change things up”?

There’s just not much data that goes out that far, timewise. Perhaps Delaware2 will report back in 10 years and let us know how he’s going.

Juicing yourself into a freak through steroids and “changing things up” are totally two very different things. So no matter how you change your routine, in the end there will always be a limit on how much growth you can gain naturally, whether its PE or bodybuilding.

For those who don’t know, Greg Valentino injects his arms with synthol to get them that big. That’s in addition to steroids, very likely

The equivalent in PE terms would be having a silicone penis

Only seven more years to go. I got off a one-month decon break recently and my penis returned to the “newbie state” almost in terms of feel and fatigue. I’m now doing light routines on it. So yes, I think decon breaks are great for further training.

Also, he is, and I quote “the worlds most hated bodybuilder.”

I hadn’t heard of synthol before, so I Googled it.

Ouch! The analogy to a silicone penis is apt.

I had never heard of Greg Valentino or synthol before I Googled “largest biceps” and got his site as a result. Once I saw his site, I held him at the same level of esteem as the extreme pumpers and those who inject their penis with silicone. If it makes them happy, then I’m happy for them, I guess, but I would strongly caution anyone else in the world against doing what they do.

If anything, I think this strengthens my original point. You’ll never see 48” biceps through exercise alone, and you’ll never see infinite, unending penis growth (with healthy functioning) through anything resembling reasonable measures and exercises.
