Thumbstretch for upper tunica
I am grabbing my dick with a basic ok-grip (palm facing down) just under the glans, and while it’s stretched pressure can be added on upper shaft by turning hand 45 degrees forward (thumbs lower part is creating the “effect”). I definitely feel some soreness on upper tunica after a few of these.
I’ve been doing this stretch in addition with the a-stretch and some btc stretches in the evening, and I believe that combination of all these will break my plateau soon.
