The old Twirly stretch
Well after Bibs theory i find that, in terms of quick gains, i’m screwed. Not saying i’m giving up, but it is a little dent in my confidence. Oh well.
Anyway i got to thinking and now that i have to stretch the tunica i was thinking of how to do that the best and i came up with this:
THE OLD TWIRLY STRETCH
You know the one that you just simply pull out and crank it like a jack in the box. I know its very basic, but it hits all the angles and if you look at it closer its like a continuous static stretch seeing as it is never stretching one specific spot for long.
Sometimes when things only seem to get more impossible its best to go back to the basics.
Whats your guys take on this?
