The importance of jelqing
I have been wearing an ADS for two months. I wear it for 8-12 hours per day on a medium-light tension without rest days (I figure that half the day not wearing it, when I’m asleep and other times, is enough rest). Before I started to wear the ADS, my expectations were to gain 1 cm per month. Unfortunately, my gains have only been 1/4th of what I expected: I’ve gained only 0.5 cm in 2 months. At a rate of only half a centimeter every two months, it’ll take me 6 more months before I reach my desired goal of 7.5”.
I stretch my penis for 15 minutes per day. I have a heating pad that I use beforehand. The reason why I only spend 15 minutes on various stretching exercises is because I figure that wearing the ADS for 8-12 hours is already plenty of stretching.
But what I haven’t been doing is jelqing.
Several months before I got the ADS, I expirimented a little with PE. Well, I injured myself with jelqing. Though I’ve since recovered, it’s something that I don’t want to do again.
My question is this..
How important is jelqing to PE in general? And how important has jelqing been to you personally? I feel like my slow gains have been due to the absence of any jelqing. I’m thinking about starting a jelq routine.. But the injury in the past from jelqing is giving me second thoughts.
Also, I thought that jelqing might not be the case, but masturbation. I masturbate once a day, typically (but I’ve been considering limiting masturbation to only once a week). From what I’ve seen, people who generally don’t masturbate during PE, like westsidetoni, gain a lot quicker than people who do masturbate.
