I wanna ask you guys is it a good idea to include both manual stretches and handing in my routine?

That’s because I was stretching, I was hanging but I can’t make any gains for the past couple of months.


As far as I know, there’s no problem doing both. Many people think manual stretching after a hanging workout helps. Of course, it’s all a mystery to me.
