Slow, steady growth…
Be safe PE brothers! I’ve been relaxing into my stretches each morning for the past couple months. I used to watch the second hand on my watch making sure not to over stretch one way or the other… but now I simply watch the large numbers on my digital clock and pull from one minute to the next. I no longer worry about going exactly 60 seconds per stretch anymore. It’s more about how the stretch feels than timing now and in the end I expect it to pretty much even out.
My routine lately basically consists of what has been working for me… holding the stretches for approximately 60 seconds to the left and then to the right:
*squat stretches behind the leg
*stand up stretches behind the leg
*100 to 150 jelqes
*squat stretches out to the front
Then I massage everything and do another
*50 to 100 jelqes
*and finally behind the leg squat stretches
Massage it all out and get dressed.
The entire routine lasts between 12 and 15 minutes, three to four times a week. Always be careful not to over tax your dick for too long. Long slow and steady pulls seem to work best with an occasional tug as my hands find the correct positioning.
