I know I have a lot of posts but most of those were in the dive so I don’t consider myself to be all that experienced with PE. However, I am determined to get the things I want in life and one of the things holding me back is my self confidence. Which is why I’m back.

I’ve been doing 30-100 jelqs of irregular timing, (2-7 seconds roughly) for a few months now depending on how my unit feels. I have seen slight length and girth gains but tbh I’m too scared to measure.

With this in mind, I’d really like to add some girth as my length is ok.

The newbie routine.

One of the big gainers here, Braindrain, got his gains from doing “Perfect jelqing”, basically 10 minutes morning and evening and trying to keep his penis engorged all the time.

Don’t underestimate the jelq. :)

Well I can try it but I’ve tried most things jelg wise and not had great results. Could be my technique I’ll give you that but I’d like to have some girth stuff as a backup plan. Not sure I have ten minutes spare in the morning either unfortunately.

What’s this thing I read about the OK grip not being recommended anymore?

I second that. Read a blurb from, I believe Tom Hubbard, saying just that, but have been unable to track down source.

GreenLights, try slinkies but be careful. They are very intense and could cause injury. After not gaining any girth for the longest of times, I started doing slinkies and they have helped me to start gaining again albeit slowly.

Pump and clamp for a few months.

If jelq/squeeze type exercises aren’t working for you, work into fulcrum stretches for a while. marinera’s thread is a great resource for this. I’m slowly working into these after a LONG break, and I’m working the tunica like I never did when I was jelqing/squeezing/clamping all those years ago. Too soon to say whether these are effective; I am finding that I’m not conditioned enough after 6 or so weeks to do more than one set of these or to do these plus jelqing of much intensity. I might even hold off a couple more weeks and try again. But you are probably OK to give these a try.
