I’ve been doing PE for almost 3 months now and I’ve just incorporated the uli #3 into my workout. I also started doing my own variation of horse 440’s a couple of weeks ago.

They both work great for me but when I am done holding the uli for 30 seconds, My penis is not nearly as erect as it started. It causes my penis to expand very much, and it stays like this, but when I let go I realize that my penis is much softer.

From all my reading about uli’s I’ve never read anything about this. Is this normal or may I be doing them wrong?

It sounds normal to me. I don’t know exactly what a uli#3 is or a horse 440 but I clamp and to me that is similar enough to draw a comparison. When I clamp and get really hard then release the clamp, yes I get softer than when I was clamped. IMO this is because a clamp holds blood better than the bodies normal erection mechanism (search venous occlusion).

When hyper-inflating the penis, by any methodology, you may find that your largest engorgement is actually in a semi-soft state. My maximum inflation is while clamped, but not rock-hard at all.

I find the opposite to be true in fully engorged fully erect, but we are all slightly different. This puffing is also normal. Perhaps you should do your Ulis and horses every other day, not everyday.

Also watch for erection quality can you get a 100% erection the next day. If not you have over did it and need to break for a few days. Don’t resume PE until you reach full erection.

I also find that being semi erect and pumped up from girth work is thicker than my erect penis. I have overlooked this I believe and haven’t got suitably annoyed at it yet.

Well said, and this is EXACTLY what I’ll be doing. I was doing them every other day, but I feel that I was doing too much. I’m not getting morning wood and I can’t get to a full erection (or even much of an erection at all) without coaxing my penis to do so.

So I won’t be doing any girth work for another few days. Then when I’m getting full erections and I start again I’ll only do two 30 second hold uli’s, rather then 5 or even more like I was doing. I now see that this was way too much.

The learning and trial and error never stops with PE imo. 3 months in now and I feel like I know so much, yet I still know so little.
