Q to Johan about his AI-stretches
I´m very excited about the AI-stretching you´ve been telling us about. I have done them for a couple of days and I´m pretty sure there is something happening down there. I´ll wait another week or two before measuring though.
Now for my question: Could you please explain the exact order of the different moments included in this exercise? I´m not sure I´m doing them correctly (although I can feel some kind of weariness in my ligs). This is how I do them:
1. grab behind head
2. suck in my belly (not flexing it)
3. pull penis to the outer limit and hold for a second or two
4. realising the stretch but keeping my grip
Do you think breathing rythm is vital for this exercise? I don´t breath in any particular pattern when doing this.
A final one: Do you stretch to the outer limit (i.e. stretch really hard)?
