I have been dry jelqing for a few months now and I have been working more towards girth. From what I have read it seems that jelqing and a higher erection level promotes more girth than length gains. I noticed though that after a PE session I would have a lot of bruising and my shaft skin would feel thick and ballooned. The gains didn’t feel as concrete. I just started to jelq at a lower erection level last week and have noticed less bruising and more muscle size and less skin inflation after a PE session though my gains are less because of the lack of skin inflation. Does anyone know which way of jelqing is better? Has anyone had a similar experience? I just want to make sure I’m on the right track because my gains have plateaued recently and I’m a bit frustrated.

I gained girth pretty well using the high erection jelqs. You kinda have to do it for a while before you decide if it is working for a while. Not everbody gains with it though. Describe exactly how you perform the jelq.

I kegel in blood then squeeze at the base with my palm facing up and then slowly milk up to the head and then repeat. I do this with a 60% erection instead of a 90% like I use to.

Exactly how I do it. The shaft is supposed to be thick and ballooned after. Use a hot wrap to remove lymp fluid in the penis still. Mine used to get a lot smaller after, then as time passed it got to hang lower.

Anyway, you said you noticed better results using a lower erection level, so use the lower erection if you feel it works better.
