But let’s go to the point. I have tried to apply this technique to PE stretching and it also works. PNF can help us stretch the penis or make the stretches broader (in my case just over a cm.) This would be what we would do:

- Stretch as we do regularly (I suggest you to try with a stretch to one side, it is easier to verify the effectiveness of the technique with reference to the reach of the stretch over the pubis).
- Keep the stretch for 10 seconds.
- Relax for 5 seconds.
- Repeat the stretch for the second time. Your penis has to go further.

- Keep the stretch for 10 seconds.
- Relax for 5 seconds. Now your penis is prepared to make your normal stretch.
- Do your normal stretch and hold it the time you need. Your penis has to go further.

For instance, if you want to do frontal stretches, start with that 10 seconds of frontal stretching, relax for 5 seconds and then do the frontal stretches during the time you use to do. Just precede your normal stretches with 10 seconds of stretching in the same direction, the same way, followed by 5 seconds of relax.

Those stretches work very well for skeletal muscle. I don’t think it translates over to connective tissue. So, it might help for the muscles attached to the penis, if contraction of those muscles are limiting stretch.

If that is the case, then contract those muscles, pull against them for ten seconds, let them relax, THEN continue with the stretch for a period of time. What that should do is allow a more pure stretch of the penis with less resistance from the attached muscles. It may make a big difference for some guys.

This would have the secondary benefit of making those muscles much stronger if you allow them time to recover from the pulling. I used to do precisely that to strength those muscles. I called it “kagals against resistance”.

You are wright, of course they don’t work with the penis itself, at least not directly. But I guess what happens to the ligaments when they can receive an extra stretch like this… Will they grow?

I m a a student in gym activities and my last examination was about Pnf ans other strteching techniques.. It sounds fascinating and good to apply it to the penis but penis is not fully made of muscles and ,also, when we stretch it we aren’t performing an isometric flex but only just a passive stretching


Start (october 2010) : BPEL 18,5 cm ; EL 17,5 cm ; MSEG 13,75 cm ,BEG 14,25 cm ;FL 12 cm ; FG 10,75 cm ; BPFSL 18,5 cm
