I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for increasing blood flow and overall penile health during a PE break. I need to take several weeks off and am already noticing a more shriveled flacid state, after only one week. I will continue to flex my BC muscle, but nothing gets the blood flowing like a good jelq session. It is going to be very difficult to take the amount of time off I need to heal if I’m going to shrivel back to my pre-Pe size. Any suggestions?
