The question is not really better penis health with jelqing cause I know that I get it with it.

But whats the best if I only want as good health as possible in the penis.

Doing about 100 jelqs every day, maybe 2 off in the end of the week.
Or do about 200 one day and then rest next.

What do you think is best. Cause the main reason is not to get a bigger penis, maybe only in flaccid state.

If gains are not your primary goal, but yet better health for sexual causes I would suggest kegeling for better erections and edging for better stamina together with jelqing. 200 should be plenty, even far less would do.

You could risk seeing some gains, though:)

I just started jelqing again and it’s been like 2 weeks and I get rock hard bursting erections.

Jelqing is the way.

Current Goal: 7BPEL/6.5NBPEL 5.75MEG.

Ι Have the same problem with erect.And from these reason I can’t jelq.If I jelq with not erect is better the nothing?
