New measurements

So I measured my self today and was 7.1/2 NBP my BPEL is the same and I haven’t lost weight in fact I gained weight but muscle weight cause I been hitting the gym a lot sometime twice a day.

Could it be cause maybe this time I measured by pushing my dick down since I got a very high erection angle when 100% ?

I did that cause I seen a picture of a drawing in here saying ,the right way to measure.

Current 8 bpel /7.25 nbp 6.25 eg .

Goal , I be happy with 8 NBP so I can relocate her kidney.

Just take another measurement and see if it stays consistent. I have the same issue. I don’t know if I have gained or if I have just measured better. Measure again and get the best possible measurement. If you see gains above your best possible measurement then you know you’re on the right track.

Well, it is possible that you did lose fat even though you gained muscle. I know the broscience mindset is you have to bulk when gaining muscle, and then cut to lose the fat; but it’s not impossible to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.

Another possibility is you might have changed your body’s fat distribution somehow; the most likely cause for that would be changes in your stress levels. Stress hormones tend to cause your fat to accumulate on your abdomen, so you’ll see fat recede from your extremities, but increase on your torso. And when your stress levels drop the opposite occurs. Other things can affect your fat distribution, like estrogene or estrogene mimicking chemicals or large consumption of alcohol (thus the beer belly, in fact this can also happen with large sugar consumption because the fructose in sugar is metabolized in a very similar way as ethanol in your liver).
