New clamping routine
I’ve tweaked my clamping routine and have been getting better flaccids since I started doing it. I don’t know what good it is for erect gains since I’m pretty passive in my workouts. I really need someone who is already clamping and wants more girth to try this out with more intensity than I have been using.

Normally, I’d clamp off an erection and edge for a couple of minutes then sit until my 10-12 minute mark came up. Then I’d release, and massage for a few minutes. I’d relax until 10-12 minutes were up and repeat.
Now I clamp and edge for only 6 minutes (enough time to get really good expansion), then take them off and wet erect jelq for 3-4 minutes in every direction (to get good expansion) then repeat. My flaccid is hanging an extra half an inch approx. and my penis feels like it got a better workout. If I was trying to get some gains with this, I’d probably do this 4 times; twice a day on my hard days (with jelqing/stretching only on light days in between hard days).
I need someone that is in an advanced clamping routine to give this a try to see what kind of outcome it can produce.
