Clamping Routine Info

Hey, I have tried searching yet I cannot find any good information about starting out clamping. If anyone has any good threads about this topic I would greatly appreciate this.

Cool. Yeah I wan’t to start clamping to, but you are right. There doesn’t seem to be much real in depth explaining of it. I’ll check out SWM’s routine as well. I did a little last night to experiment and it is intense. I can see how it can be dangerous if you aren’t careful.
