Need help with routine

Hi Gentlemen, I am currently doing manual routine that consists of rotary and btc stretches for length one day and the next day 20 minutes of jelqing for girth.

I’ve been doing this routine for about a year now and I want to mix it up. Anyone have any suggestions for me? I would really appreciate it. Thank you.


Starting size: 6.5 BPEL 5.1 MSEG

Goal size: 7.6 BPEL 5.6 MSEG

Hi man, what is BTC stretch? What results have you got with that routine in one year?

Why don’t you trying adding pumping? I have read it increases a bit length but emphasize in girth specially.

Have you read this thread “tricks and tips for manual stretching”?

Do a split routine.. strerching in the morning with regular stretches, fulcrum stretches and BTC before warmdown, 20- 30 minutes?

Then in the evening after warm.. you can do a dry jelqing session 10 minutes and wet jelqing 10?

I forgotten to ask how conditioned you are and what you want to do with your routine?

If you want to change it by adding exercises or something else?

11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

3/5/13: BPEL: 6.875", MEG 5 5" (max goal BPEL: 7.5", MEG: 5.75")

You’ve done the same routine for a year? Did you gain something? Are you still gaining?
Are you going for length or girth?

Please give us as much info as you can so people can help you dude :)

Hey quim, I do a modified btc stretch where sitting leaning to one side I pull my penis back and to the side of my leg, give it a try.

Mr Lover that sounds like a pretty excellent routine o think I’m going to read up on those concepts.

Mister N I want to say that I have gained about .2 in girth and nearly .5 in length…believe it or not the women have noticed. I am going for both length and girth. I hope to be a cemented 7.6 x 5.6 within the next few years.

So if I understand it you are currently at 7.0 x 5.3?

That would probably be on my very best day…and probably under 7 bpel. Girth yes I am probably 5.3 but I haven’t taken more than a few days off from jelqing so it might be partially edema. I’m in this thing for the long hall though.

I would have a serious stretching routine 20- 30 minutes with long holds at moderate strenght. That put some stress on your entire shaft & ligs and not only at base.

And a jelqing routine with some heavier exercise/ exercises that target and push your jelqing session a level up.

monochrome: how do you measure flaccid and what is your starting and current size?

MisterN: how do you do your fulcrum stretches? Any tips?
