My routine

Here is my current routinje
5 min warm up
10 minutes of manual stretches
Few minutes warm up
300 - 400 stroke of very quick jelqs
5min warm up

My question is that I’m supposed to do stretches first before jelqing right? As that is what I am doing now and will this help my girth or would guys recommend me doing different exercises?

I would do slow jelqs first of all, to put more intensity on the CC, which in turn means more girth and eventually more length, instead of “racing” through 400 jelqs.

I do all my stretches under hot water or with an infrared heating lamp. In that case you provide a constant heat supply which makes it a lot easier on your ligs.

Do stretches first or jelqs?

Every Newbie routine I’ve read, be it on this site or another, all have stretches first then jelqs. This is what I still do but to tell you the truth I don’t think it really matters as long as you are stressing your dick and producing the micro tears.
