My PE rules so I don't get obsessed
It’s easy to get carried away with PE, so I’ve given myself some guidelines to help me keep in touch with reality. As a married guy, I think it’s especially important to keep PE in perspective, and not let it run things. These rules should keep me healthy, and my wife happy.
#1 Can only PE on a day that I exercise
#2 Can PE for no longer than I exercised
#3 No more than 5 days a week for PE
#4 Only 1 session of PE per day
#5 Keep PE tools out of sight
Anyone else feel free to add some rules that they find beneficial.
