I find I can wear it for about 1.5hrs. (sometimes more) before it starts to cause a burning effect around my balls. I take it off for an hr. then put it back on again. I wear it for an average of 4-5hrs. a day,at a pretty high setting.

Thanks! Very good to hear that it works. Just bought mine. That burning-feeling you mention is veeery bad… But it helps to put some paper or a sock between the PM and your skin. Try that! I wear mine 6 hours a day, almost in one go. I loosen up a bit once a an hour or when I go to pee.
