L-Arginine strengthens ligaments?

After reading so much on Thunders about L-Arginine possible increasing load size I googled to get some UK prices.

One one site it includes the following text.

“Because L-Arginine is also a component of collagen, it aids the building of bone & tendons and as a result may be helpful with arthritis & connective tissue disorders.”

I was wondering if this would make gains in PE from ligament stretching more difficult?

Also can someone provide a link to a well priced UK supplier?
The best price I have found so far is £22:80 for 180 500mg capsules.

Bringing this one back up to see if anyone can answer the questions that I posted over 3 weeks ago.

Don’t really have a clue, but I figured that L-Lysine is said to have the same effects when it comes to ligament _healing_ (you know.. The tissue being created during the healing of an injury which is successively being converted to normal ligament tissue over the course of months).
Anyways, someone said a ratio of 3:1 was recommended for taking L-Arginine : L-Lysine in order to diminish the negative effects of too much L-Arginine in the respect of (maybe) provoking virus “growth” of eg. Herpes.
But still Lysine and Arginine are fighting over the access in your brain if present in your blood at the same time, thus less of each is used by your body (but just being pissed out).

All in all: I don’t really know if Arginine (and Lysine) is a promoting factor for healing. But I’m testing the 3:1 combo of both on my own injured ligs at the moment and it _feels_ like it’s getting better :)

You brought up the subject of virus growth which I had no idea about. Everything always seems to be so complicated :)

I was interested in taking L-arginine only to increase load size but did not want to hinder any hopeful future length gains especially as I measured yesterday and still have not made any length gains at all, very disappointing as I have put in many hours hanging, pumping and stretcher use.

Well the impact of my current Lysine/Arginine (1:3) combo isn’t too big (but noticable).
The Lysine is only in the mix in order to support your immune system (vs. ANY bad influence of course) which generally is a good thing IMO.
Especially nice since increased Arginine intake can increase the activity of Herpes (IIRC) (can but doesn’t have to).

Oh BTW my load increased ca. one week after I first tried Arginine alone (got me an overdose due to a dehydration issue => only one dose).
My horniness :leftie: increased by .. ca. 50% (semen pressure or anything like that) and a week after the “overdose” I had a pornstar cumshot (1.5’.. a first timer for me :) ).

The benefits of taking taking Arginine are very tempting but the possibility of increasing the activity of the Herpes virus is a concern for me.
Decisions, decisions :)

So does this mean it’s good for girth but not ligament related length?
