If one were to gain girth in erect state, would have also have gained girth in flaccid state? Or can you just get erect girth and keep the same flacid girth.

Also, I would like the new routine of mine critiqued,
3 days on, 1 off
30 minutes manual stretches up towards my chin, due to 7 o’clock LOT
and 500 Jelqs. is this overtraining? I’m making no progress, exept for maybe a couple new blood vessels.
I have been thinking about trying Uli’s and horse squeezes, but I can’t really understand how to do them correctly, and I don’t know the volume of them to incorperate in my routine. Please help witht these questions.

For me personally, both erect girth gains and flaccid gains accompanied each other as I’ve grown bigger in a major way. I expect that the same happens for most guys.

Your routine does not seem over aggressive. How does your dick feel after you’ve done your stretches and jelqs? You have to “listen” to your dick and adjust your routine up or down depending on how your dick is responding to your routine. How long have you been PE’ing? Before you start adding more aggressive techniques like Uli’s and horse squeezes, you should really refine your basic stretch/jelq methods and gradually modify them in intensity and time.

thanks peforeal, I will do just the stretches and Jelqs’ a while longer before advancing to other excercises….. as for my penis, it feels like it has been worked out good. I have been doing PE for about 3 months and I haven’t gained anything…..

Since you’ve been PE’ing for 3 months, it’s also important to be slowly increasing the number of jelq repetitions and amount of time week by week. If you haven’t been adjusting your jelq routine at all, you’re probably encouraging a status quo with your dick.

I suggest that maybe as a first change, that you try adding another shorter PE routine at a later time of the day. You seem to be stretching more than enough, but you could also begin to increase the number of jelq repetitions too.

I just saw your post in other thread- PE is for Real - and then remembered this thread.

How long have you been PEing?

I’m wondering if you are doing too much. I gained very well on a lot less work than that.

I’m not sure what to say!! Maybe take a break? I don’t know because although your routine is not excessive, it may well be for you.

I am a real believer in less is more.

For some, 500 is a lot, and for others no. The fact that you are experiencing no permanent size changes makes me think that you should re-evaluate what you’re doing, which may include or not include:

1. adjusting the number of repetitions or time PE’ing
2. doing two or more shorter routines/day rather than one longer routine/day
3. gradually start to incorporate some new techniques

As I’ve said before, you need to keep your dick “guessing” in order to encourage continuing growth.

P.S. - I do think though that your 30 minutes of stretching is more than enough.
