Erect girth, and flaccid girth.
If one were to gain girth in erect state, would have also have gained girth in flaccid state? Or can you just get erect girth and keep the same flacid girth.
Also, I would like the new routine of mine critiqued,
3 days on, 1 off
30 minutes manual stretches up towards my chin, due to 7 o’clock LOT
and 500 Jelqs. is this overtraining? I’m making no progress, exept for maybe a couple new blood vessels.
I have been thinking about trying Uli’s and horse squeezes, but I can’t really understand how to do them correctly, and I don’t know the volume of them to incorperate in my routine. Please help witht these questions.
