I think there are lots of people who try to communicate well about PE on this forum and some, like marinera, have way more stamina than me. I suppose when it comes to this thread I have the ‘you broke it’ mentality.

One more final question. Can I do the first session (stretching session) at the afternoon and at night do the jelqing session?

You have to do what works for you. Try it the way written first and then compare. It’s a little like when you are following a recipe, you follow it as closely as possible to start with and then when you understand it you can vary things to make them work better for you.

Could you also use an extender with this routine? And if so how would it be recommended to go about that? Looks like a great routine that others have also had success with, can’t wait to get a jump start on this one.

You could use a cow with this routine but I’m not sure it would be helpful or indeed this routine.

This is not a beginners routine, it would cause more harm than good. If you are a beginner, stop using the extender and start with a routine aimed at those new to PE, like the Newbie Routine.

I wouldn’t say I’m a newbie, just new here. Obviously nothing close too what others have for experience, I’m very much still learning, considering I was only 16 when this thread would have been started 10 years ago! Lol. I’ve done PE at different points over the last few years. Been somewhat on, off. Just started getting back into it over the past 6 weeks, 430 Jelqs: 215 downward / to the sides and 215 upwards, 2 - 2hr extender and 10min manual stretching mainly with lot’s of heat through out, about 4-5 days a week. Been looking for something new to push to that next level as other than EQ, the gains haven’t been coming much as of late.

Well then maybe you can take something from this and integrate it into your routine but as a whole it’s a very different approach to PE. Certainly try mixing other things into your jelqing like Horses, Ulis and Plumped bends. Consider adding a fulcrum to you extender maybe, which is a fairly easy modification. Ask yourself whether you are making the most of your routine, making every jelq stroke count. Maybe even consider taking a break.

I try this routine for 3 months, I notice incresing of BPFL and I gained 1/9 inches.

I did all routine ,but long hold inverted v-stretch I did 20 min only

That’s what the routine suggests. I’m confused. Did you only do the stretches?

Hey mem’s I started your routine today, going to try for a sun to thurs schedule as it works better for me. I’ve only done the stretching so far and it was quite a good stretch (using a similar sized omega 3 container) I would do progressive stretches, easing into the stretches rather then just yanking it out there. What were your times for holding the stretch when you did this? I typically held the full stretch for 10-20 seconds each once at the full stretch and occasionally added extra tension by using two hands to get a better stretch every third rep or so. Also you state to do the stretching 1-2 times a day with a 4 hour mini break between, would you do the 2nd set of stretching and the jelqing back to back? Or would you take another break after the 2nd stretch before doing the jelqing routine? Thanks again for the help with this routine!
