I feel like it hasn’t been much because it’s been over a long period of time so the growth doesn’t actually seem like much. But If I hit 5.5 girth before bootcamp then I’ll be ESTATIC. I think it’s possible.

Update on routine: did 5 days took a 2 day break did 1 day then been busy for about a week. Measured at 7 nbp x 5.1-5.2(?) MG!!! As Paul Revere said, “the gains are coming, the gains are coming”!, and I’m ready for whatever comes next.


Started roughly: 6.3 x 4.4

5/21/2015: 7.2 x 5.3

3/06/2017 (have not done PE for 12+ months) 7 x 5 - 5.1

I think you should measure less often.

This routine sounds interesting but even though I’m at the “advanced” level of PE, some parts sound too risky for me to try since I burst a blood vessel last year (by kegelling with a cock ring.)

The long 20 minutes of V stretching is the part that I can intergate into my routine safely. Has anyone tried that with success?

My current routine is working really well for girth but I’d like to speed up my length gains a little.

If you can burst a blood vessel like that then this routine is not for you.

Yes, that is what I realised, but the long V-stretch part is perfectly safe for me to do.

I’m wondering if the longer duration of stretching might accelerate my length gains, at the moment I do 6-8 minutes of manual stretches using my left hand as a fulcrum.

When you pull down with your shaft wrapped around the e45 tub, how does it feel when you reach the tension sweet spot? e.g. pain, slight pain, no pain, other…

It feels good, no pain. It’s important to notice what you are doing with the skin. You can create pain quite readily by just stretching the skin, so you need to reorganise the skin to avoid pain.

This is a very good point. I avoided stretching for a very long time because I confused pain due to skin stretching with what I thought was internal damage. After figuring out how to obtain a better grip, I’ve resumed stretching and started making some length gains.

I experimented with the 20 minute V-stretch this evening, you’re right it does feel good, and the skin position does take some getting used to (could talc help?)
I haven’t read through the whole thread but I’m sure someone must have suggested heating the E45 pot before hand, right?
I managed to lay my thermotex wrist FIR heat pad over my shaft which kept the top side hot.

Great discovery memento! My dick seemed to hang longer than ever before, after the 20 minutes was up.

The ‘search this thread’ option seems to have disappeared in the latest forum design changes, but I seem to recall having suggested lubricating the fulcrum (E45 pot or equivalent) which solved my skin stretch/discomfort problems.

:) Inner lube is always better, never runs out or gets dry and sticky.

I am kind of confused. I’ve recently began to wonder about the technique and following question occurred in my mind:

- Should the pot be placed on it’s flat base or round side, while doing the stretch on a chair ? (Flat base or round side touching the surface of the chair)
