I understand you say this routine is most effective when you do a morning and evening session, except some days I have to combine the morning/evening session into just one longer evening session.

This isn’t everyday however, do you think this will effect my results?

So far it seems like a good routine and I have been experiencing a fuller and longer hang throughout the past few days.

I do the stretching part with vachanger3 that I use when I manual stretching and I do fulcrum stretches in the morning 20 minutes.
I have attached a long shoe lace sort of that I have around my foot and when I do mementos morning session with the vac3 attached to my foot. The relaxed state is outstanding because I of the hands free. I do this standing and sitting.. 5 minutes, 4 times.. 20 minutes total.
I do the evening session too.. before I did supra slammers at the evening but I like this evening session better.

For those that have trouble to do this stretch in a relaxed state to the limit to almost get hurt. This way is the next level..

I have used this vac3 over a year now and in the beginning I only did regular stretches but now I only do this over a thick bottle. And memento is right that the gains will show up rapidly if you do it right!

It’s funny to see how reading such a thread once more (I’ve read the OP many times) I can still discover important information (not to mention what was forgotten).

memento (yeah even at the start of a sentence I wouldn’t write his name with a capital letter) used a hot water bottle during the stretches, he did not use a dripping wet wash cloth, but rather wringed it enough to steam the penis .

My understanding of the physics of steaming does not allow me to compare this to pouring very hot water on a washcloth consistently for 5-8 mns, I thought the latter option would be as efficient if not more.

The way I used to prepare for this stretch was to sit upright (naturally curved back) with just my ass and an inch or so of my upper thigh actually on the chair. Trying that again right now, if I stretch my arm between my legs I come to just below my thighs with my fist turned thumb in toward the body. The cylinder is than placed on the very edge of the chair and between the thighs and the penis is gripped using an overhand grip keeping wrist and arm straight. Then the force is added by manipulating the shoulder muscles and abs on one side and pushing the trunk forward.

I do.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I never did but I’m not circumcised. There needs to be lube somewhere, whether it’s inside your penis or on the container.

I’m new to this routine. What i did was attach a mouse pad with tape to the cream pot.

I tried to sit on the pot (I hope I understood the exercise well) hence why I wanted to use lube.
I’ll have to bite the bullet . Work hard gain hard.

Sit on the pot? You mean anal insertion? Probably not a good fulcrum point.

Read the workout and I must say it sounds pretty intense. I’m still on the newbie routine and feel like I’m getting a good workout from that (though I’ve added a few seconds to the stretching over time and am doing 4 sec jelqs instead of 3). Once I get to a point where I feel it’s becoming less effective I want to give this one a shot. Can someone give me a summary on what it has done for them? I’m at work and can’t dedicate my time to 50 some odd amount of pages to sift through haha.

Also, what is this workout geared toward? Length or girth?

So I’ve got a question, who has seen results from this?
