Long breaks & gains
Sometime back I decided to do what xeno and a couple of other guys here were discussing about taking extended breaks from PE. .My last PE activity was in end october. I have done nothing but rest my dick since then. The Results: I have gained just a bit less than a quater inch and I think thats awesome.
I did PE in september on & off and the whole of october I decicated to PE. I would usually do 200 jelqs and clamping for 8mins x 5 sets every alternate day. I would hang about 10 lbs twice or once a week. Well.. thats it and I took a long break. By end november I though I was losing some gains but by end december i could see my dick hanging much bigger. My erections were much much better.
I measured 4 times a day for the past 3 days to get an average and my log tells me that im a quarter inch longer. Welldone boy.
I think I will start PE again today and do it for a month or so and then take a 12 week break
