Extreme lig stretch - For loose lig people especially

I originally posted this some years back when I did PE for 3 months (my personal record lol). Getting back into it once again, I figured I would re-post this for those struggling to stretch your ligs, either because of your natural looseness or from already stretching them with traditional up/down/side methods. Sorry if this has since become popularized, but regardless I thought I would share it.

When I first began PE, I did the usual lig stretches. I stretched and stretched, but never felt it in my ligs very much. I guess I naturally have loose ligs and I figured I couldn’t gain anything from attempting to stretch. Eventually, I came across my own way of doing a lig strech after noticing fowfers at least gave me some feeling of a stretch, as well as using a fulcrum. I eventually gained a 1/4” in a month or two, which I though impossible for myself originally. I quit shortly after, but I will test it again this time around over a longer period (hopefully) and see where it goes.

Here is the basic jist of this stretch, what I would call a floor stretch:

Lay down on the ground flat on your back. Lift up one leg and stretch your guy outward and down under your thigh by reaching under your thigh, not over. I usually like to pull it upward pointing it back up at me a bit, so my buttocks can help keep it in place a bit, though this isn’t necessary just a personal preference. At this point, it is sort of like a lying fowfer to one side. Once you’ve stretched it, begin to lower your leg/foot back to the ground. Depending on your ligs, you may or may not begin to feel a stretch in the opposite lig. Use your best judgment on what is a good stretch for you, but for me I keep going. I take my foot all the way to the ground and now have the beginning of a fulcrum stretch, but it is minimal for me. Here is the winning part of the equation. Now bring up your opposite leg and pull your knee towards your chest/head as much as you need to get a good stretch. Your buttocks/thigh should be keeping the stretch in place, though you may need to use your hand if on a hard ground (in bed is best I find for keeping it in place with no hands). Even with my very loose ligs, I can only bring my opposite leg up a bit at this point. I get a definite stretch and slight soreness from this routine. I have never really done it for a continuous routine for months and months, but plan on doing so this time. At least in my mind, its results should be similar to regular stretching, it’s just for those of us that can’t get a good stretch using traditional methods. For those of you that DID get good stretches originally, but have stretched your ligs beyond this point, I would like to hear back if you can get a good stretch from this.

I have experienced good deep ligament stretches by anchoring a door bracket to a interior bedroom door and then attaching a penis harness. The door bracket which I made is you shaped so that it has equal mass on 3 sides of the door interior, door jamb side, exterior. On the interior side there is a threaded hole that accepts a machine thread eye bolt between the eye bolt and the door goes a small metal plate to protect the door finish I then tighten the eye bolt as far as possible with just the strength of my hand (no extra leverage is required). Then basically what I do is stand in front of the door and hook onto the eye bolt with a lead extension which is a length of leather lace of about 2 ’ long and a S hook to the front loops of the penis harness. It is possible to just hook the harness to the bracket but can be difficult because of proximity of the eye bolt and harness front loops, so the extension just makes it much easier to move around. I am now ready to begin stretching, my routing consists of turning the trunk of my body first to the right as far as possible and comfortable holding for about 10 minutes and then switching sides for the same amount of time. I will continue these stretches for additional time increasing the intensity to whatever I can handle. The door bracket is easy to position through out the door mass so it is possible to put it at the bottom of the door and pull towards my feet. I can also turn around facing away from the door and do a BTC very comfortably. It is very safe since I am using my own body weight to control the intensity and release action. Pulling up is also a option but I rarely do that. I hope this helps.

Could you explain? I thought lots of newbie gains, especially, came from this very thing.

How long do you have to be to do this effectively?

And why would you make a statement like this with no explanation? Then why do people hang weights and do stretches?

Absolutely there’s no gain in ligament stretching.
You don’t gain from the stretching of the ligament but from the growth of the penis.

I have stretched ligaments but the real gain is for cellulat growth

You gain from stretching your penis not the ligaments

You have to stretch the ligaments to all for the penis to grow. The penis CANNOT grow in length unless the ligament stretches.

Right.

The idea that stretching the ligament will make your penis longer is very naive and based on very poor knowledge of penis anatomy. The penis is tied to your body from the inside, not by the ligaments, which just hold the penis at a given angle with the body. Stretching ligaments will just make your penis hung lower - even when you are erect. This can give the illusion of growth but believe me a penis which points straight out or up is way more visually arousing for a woman than a penis that points to the ground like it was dead.

So is it better to avoid stretching, and just do a ton of jelqs?

Nope. When you stretch, you stretch your whole penis. What is a waste of time is trying to focus all the force on the ligs - it is about impossible to isolate ligs and would be no point any way.

So what you’re saying is that by stretching the penis you stretch all of it? Ligs, tunica everything?

So tell me again why stretching the ligs is a waste of time?

I’ve stretched my ligs to the max and the only positive thing is that now the penis is less rigid so i can use it better.
But it’s not longer.
