I know this has been asked before, but I couldn’t find anything on a search.

Will stretching, alone, result in length gains?

Not really, maybe some but it would be very limited. Think of it like dough, you need to knead it before you can roll. Jelq and stretch for desired effects. If you only stretch your penis it will be use to it too quickly.

Well It actually depends.It would be very useful if you put in other exercises as well such as jelq,kegels,different angle stretching, etc


Started september 2004: BPEL 6,1" and EG 5,1" September 2006: BPEL 7,5" and EG 5,5" My longterm goal: BPEL 8,5" and EG 6"

From me and Slack’s experience where we both stretched for a whole month it was not worth it. Jelqing allows the blood to occupy the space made my stretching if you see what i mean?

I think most of my gains if not all came from stretching, but after my stretching session I try to get erctions frecuently.


Current: 18.8cm(7.40'')BPELx12.5(4.92'')EG Measuring laying down pressing the ruler with one hand.

19.8cm(7.79'')BPELx12.5(4.92'')EG Straightening my unit with the other hand.

I’m pretty sure plenty of people have made gains by just hanging, I don’t see why stretching would be any different.


Starting size: 7"x5.25" bp

Current size: 7.25"x5.875" bp

Goal size: 8.75"x6" bp

I’ve gained around 0.5” from nearly two months of manuel stretching.

My routine: 5 different stretches at 30 seconds each (closer to 45 seconds with my counting :) ) in the shower.

I do this routine once in the morning then once in the shower after I work out.

I use downward angles, and try to alternate different angles every second day so my unit doesn’t adapt to a single angles.

As for “can you gain with just stretching?”, the answer is yes.

Haha, someone is rewriting your PE history.

I’m sure I have read people mention length gains from manual stretching from time to time & if I’m correct, most beneficial for flaccid.

I think the weight is the big issue. I’m not sure how hard my pull on my penis is in comparison to weight, but I see some people hanging with huge weights, that get results, but scare the hell out of me.

I stretched for the first week just to get my penis used to PEing again. Now, barely into week 2, with jelqing I feel the same. However, it is far too early for me to have any results.

Is stretching a needed part to success? Or is jelqing enough to let your friend grow?

Jelqing could be enough but I advice you strongly to stretch if you want to gain (a lot of) length.

I’m new here but I’ve been PEing for about 3 years. In my opinion stretching alone will produce gains.

Slack and I believe gains can be achieved through the sole use of stretching. There is weakening of the suspensory structures but this weakening advantageous to the PE practitioner.There is a molecular breakdown but it does not result in the lengthening of the appendage in a perceptible way; however, when an erection occurs the induced breakdown will result in greater exposure of the inner penis.

The appendages will habituate an extended phallus much like a car antennae being free by the use of Wd-40.
