I've been jelqing for more than 6 months. This is what I have learned.

Watch Your PI’s closely and see if You feel soreness/fatigue/pain during workout. From experience, slight soreness is good, but nothing more.

Yup, I get a slight soreness after a jelq session but it seems to disappear soon after so I guess I am doing things o.k,

So any success? Wheres the girth?

I have tried jelqing on occasion just to tinker with it and see if I felt like I was missing out on anything. I felt like it was a very time consuming and inefficient method. To each their own of course.

Just finished my 3rd week of jelqing. Too early to see any real results although I’m sure my fully erect dick feels a bit thicker than it used to! Might be just wishful thinking but I am going to continue and give this a proper try. All for forums on this subject say that you have to stay with it for quite some time to get results, no different from going to the gym and expecting to see instant improvement in your physique, it just doesn’t happen that way.

Couldn’t agree with you more. Found this site a couple weeks ago and decided to join today and get started. 20 months ago I made the decision to hit the gym at least 3 days a week, and have only missed 2 weeks since. 45 lbs down and another 10 to hit my goal and every step of the way has been worth the journey. Toyed with PE about 10 years ago while also for about a year and there was a noticeable difference which diminished over time. Now in my early 50s, I’m willing to stick with this over the long haul, especially if it improves EQ.

I have a deep feeling that there is a way to jelq in which gives noticable results instantly. My first time jelqing gave me a much larger flaccid and erection that i was happily pulling out and putting into my gfs mouth randomly, i then lost my gains when i tried the next time. Im still searching for the secret.

Instant Gains

I think you will find there isn’t any secret. I’ve read lots of forums on the internet and the consensus seems to be that jelqing only works when done regularly over a long period of time with allowances for plenty of rest between sessions, 5 days per week seems to be then norm. There may be, as you say, some examples of instant success but again as you also said, that doesn’t last and we all want permanent gains not temporary. Just into my 5th week, maybe some minor gain but nothing to get excited about, however I’m going to give it at least 6 months before reviewing my options.

That’s the good attitude for Penis Enlargement.

You’re right,”malelover” There is no secret, pure dedication. Two years later an Five days on two off a week, an I gained .5 in length an .5 girth.That’s jelqing only. I think jelqing one of the best PE exercises you can add to you’re routine. Finding you’re limit without over doing it is the key.I’ve had months down time from over doing it. Good luck guys.:-)

Yea man I see what your saying, I’m not thick skulled about my ideas I’m just experimenting to see if I can figure something out . .5 would be great, right now I’m taking like 2 weeks off to see if the extra rest will help. Maybe I won’t find a secret, but i was dedicated for a long time and didn’t see any gains so that’s why I feel there is a variable I’m not considering.

I think if you don’t see any gains after many months of regular jelqing it must be very disappointing and I can see why you question the whole experiment. I haven’t been at it long enough yet to get discouraged but really hope I do see some improvement after say 6 months or so, don’t want to think I’m just wasting time but have to give it a try otherwise I’ll never know - lol.

By the way, I saw this post back in May when I first started and had been doing erect jelqing for about a month. I stopped erect and started at flaccid and was able to stay around 40 -50% erectness jelqing and have seen great gains since. My penis looks a bit weirder to me now because I can see where the skin is stretching in my circumcision scar and also at the base, but who would I be to complain about a bigger dick? Cheers.
