I've been jelqing for more than 6 months. This is what I have learned.

Well, you can masturbate less to have 100% EQ.

Cut some slack on your routine too. If your erection quality is about 80% maybe you have overtrained a little.

As for supplements I can only recommend l arginine, which I know that is working. You may have some bowel issues though. Nothing serious of course.

Thanks for advice’s, I think I will do few days break, I was doing 3-4 days workout and 1 day break for over 3 months and in fact I was doing to hard training, squeezing rather hard, some times doing in total 600-700 jelqs daily(divided by 2-3 sets). I will do few day break and will take supplements to increase regeneration speed. I have estrogen inhibitor(triazole so its not hard chemistry, just supplement made from plants) so will take it also. I hope in few days everything will go back to normal. Thanks again for help ;)

Listen take 7 days completely off and when you start again start like 200 reps or so.

Hi, thanks for advice, I will do that, on Sunday I did light training, about 150 reps only, yesterday I did 200 and today I see good results, in fact I ovetrained like You said. I was doing it wrong, I wasn’t getting any pains and those I got were just slight so I was doing as much I was able, 2-3 sets with about 200 per set, 600-700 a day, now I see it was way to much. I will wait few days and start like You said with about half of reps I was doing.

Started again after few days break on friday, I’m going with about 200-250 reps in about 3 sets. I have a question, are enlarged veins(flaccid and erected) indicate that its getting bigger ? Weirdest thing I found out is that there is slight pain but it comes out after about 12-24h after last jelqing. I can only assume that this means that tissue is regenerating, something like itching when bruise on skin(hand,leg etc) starts to heal. How long it may take to get about 1 inch of solid increase ?

They are all good signs.

From 6 months to one year, more or less for 1 inch gains.

Thanks for those advices. I really appreciate them. I have a question thou when I should increase amount of reps ? Now I’m doing about 200-250 but I feel its not enough because I don’t have any weird feelings in penis and veins become normal.

When you are 1000% sure that what you are doing doesn’t work anymore.

Thank You for advice bill10,I make a one day break on 17.12, no symptoms after this and I noticed that now when I started again I feel that it doesn’t work, maybe I should add other method, I was just jelqing because I read on this forum that many guys did only this and get nice results pretty fast. I will try to do same workout for next few days before increasing number of reps. I will follow You advises.

In my opinion the thread’s starter has got it right (after his initial experimentation of course).

PE is comparable to bodybuilding:
10% is actual activity to make it grow, 90% is recovery, reading and learning!

I have to admit You have the point, its not just training training training.. Rest is important, ovetraining is easy, at the beginning this is easy because just like I did I didn’t know exactly how much is enough. Its hard overall because its not like it works exactly the same for everyone. You can’t just make plan like start with 100 reps, after week add 100 and so on. I started with about 500 splited in 3 sets during day, after some problem and help of moderator I decreased it to about 200-250, now after few weeks I see it may be time to add about 100 reps. Anyway great thing about this forum is that people here try to help and have knowledge.

Here is an idea. I am not saying you should follow it, but this is what I would do.

Have a break of one week to 10 days. No PE at all, you can do some piss and pull if you like only.

Start again lighter. Increase every second week by 10%. Take a break every 6-8 weeks for one week, start again on where you left it.

Use constant heat through the whole routine. Let hot air of a space heater warm your penis.

Evaluate and proceed properly.

Thanks for advice, for now I will stay in range of about 250 reps, splited in few sets ranging from 50 to 80 reps, I do from 20 to 1 min break between sets. For now I see good results, no pain but I feel something different, I would say I find correct amount of reps for now. I think I will do few days break after Christmas. I will use this think about heat, it is good idea. Anyway I wonder what else would give good results, maybe using some gel for bodybuilders to inflate muscles before show if there is something like that, this way jelqing may work better. Also I was some research earlier and I noticed that fish oil(vitamins B set) also gives some inflammatory effect.

How do you keep you dong from getting hard really?
