I was just thinking last night,

something that I’ve done since the begining, but didn’t notice anywhere on the forum.

After EVERY lenght work, manual stretches or hanging, I kegel to a full erection and stay that way for a couple of minutes.

That way. I’ve never had after-work retraction.

At the begining, I was doing It by fear that my unit would never go up again (haha),

but I’ve continued to do this up till now…

and my lengh gains are over 1 inch in 6 months.

Food for though…. (or maybe not)

~01/01/2006 -- 5 3/4" BPEL -- 4 3/4" Base Girth -- 4 1/2" Mid Girth.

~20/01/2007 -- 7" --- BPEL -- 5" Base Girth ------ 5" --- Mid Girth.

26/08/2008 --- 7" BPEL ------ 5 1/4 girth all around

You can kegel to a full erection? Or are you stimulating as well?

I do the same thing. I’ve had minor length gains. No girth gains.

I do the same thing. After I stretch, I jelq for a while and even do a couple Ulis. I’ll do whatever it takes so it doesn’t shrivel up.
