Hey, I just did a decent day of PE. I did an a.m. jelq session,wore my PM for a few hrs.,hung with 10lbs. for two twenty min. sessions and finished it off with another 10 min. of jelqing. After jelqing I got a decent hard-on, I then measured and came up with 7.312 BP!!

My question is, is this an indication to what my near future “real” gains may be? Could I be one who might not have a tough time getting gains? Please help me with this,as I am a newbie,and dont want to get too excited over nothing.

You certainly can’t expect post-workout gains to be permanent. However, that’s about a half an inch increase and is a very positive indicator of gains to come.

Starting size: 7"x5.25" bp

Current size: 7.25"x5.875" bp

Goal size: 8.75"x6" bp

That seems like a lot of work for somebody starting out.

My feeling on post-workout gains is that I ignore them.

I don’t even measure at night when I had a session in the early morning. Either measure on your day off or before your workout.

Temporary girth gains can be the biggest, but I’ve even experienced a temporary length gain of almost 3/8” after a lot of traction work.

The next day, it was gone.
