I used an extender and am also a fan of A and V stretches too.

My routine is always in movement but I with the same exercises that I develop and play around with. But I do the exercises I wrote above with variations.

I have gained over 2” in length and and some girth over a 3 year period.

I’m up around 0.5x0.2 although I might be slightly bigger than that now. Mainly just stretching, although I recently got a Phallosan so I need to use that more, plus I’m also starting to use my Bathmate more for girth (now that length gains have slowed).

I bought it over a year ago because I wanted more girth, but I never committed to PE. Since really giving things a go back in September I’ve become committed, but I found I was overtraining with it at first and limiting length gains. Now that length has slowed I’m going to try to use it more for 1-2 months and see where that gets me girth-wise. Really want to be at or over 8x5.5 by 2016.

First post here.

I started PE in late August, and made some small beginner gains, although I think some of them may be a byproduct of just learning how to measure consistently. I hit a bit of a length plateau fairly quickly that lasted until mid December. I decided to try hanging for long periods. I first started with a Vac Extender that I used without the frame, but that gave me blisters. I moved on to using a bib hanger and warming up religiously. I try to hang 1-2 hours a day, but it all depends on how fatigued I feel. The long-duration hanging is definitely working for me though - I’ve seen about 1 cm - 11 mm of an increase since then!

I’ve got a bit till I reach my goals, but I’m getting there and I’m very happy to have found a routine that works for me!

2 inches just with an extender?
was that your first PE experience? didn’t you complement it with any other tecnique?


When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.
