Can you share what you've gained from if you have?

I was just wondering what gainers have ever gained from. I posted an thread similar to this one, but I hadn’t thought to be more broad and include exercises rather than jelqing. I always like to collect this sort of data, so I can know what works and what might not, so I that I may perhaps ensure continual gaining. Sure others would find it helpful too though :) .


BPEL: 8.35"/ NBPEL:7.0" /EG: Apprx. 5.5"

The newbie routine did not work for me I did that for 2 1/2 months gained .1 girth . I got depressed like I will never gain and I stopped PE and moved on with my life ,then 4 months passed .One night I was thinking about my size and I was like let’s do this one more time then I got up started to search for people who didn’t gain from the newbie routine to my surprise I found lots of guys who didn’t gain from the newbie routine.

A guy wrote in his thread that he gained from A/V stretches then that is when I started ,now I have gained about an inch in 4 months . My routine in signature.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Pumping with constant heat. For me it was a mindless way to gain after my newbie progress.

I also did the normal 6 direction holds for 1 minute for each direction and kegels and reverse kegels .

Eeh, how much did you gain and how much did it cost? (On financial aid budget lol).

Running a Massive Co-Front.

Jelqing did not work - ii tried it several times. Either it left me sore or led to jerking off.

I have seen good gains with manual stretching following mariner’s “stretch gently and hold” method. My 2 routines are:

- Bundle/twist stretches to the sides and upwards. I start with no twist, then work clockwise and counter-clockwise twists. I often do this while seated in the bathroom, elbows on thighs to support the stretch. I also sometimes add ‘DLD Blaster’ kegels while holding these.

- Fulcrum stretches around bottles. I use narrow bottles to focus on base girth. The bottles are filled with hot water. This feels great and I think it helps both stretching and recovery.

Each routine takes 20-30 minutes. I often do the first routine at work and the second one at home in the evening.

I am also religious about daily kegels.

I have seen 1.5cm gain over the past 4-5 months.

Which surgery?

Extender, hanging, pumping and clamping. Started PE with jelquing and manual stretch. Not very disciplined.

Gained over almost 2” of length in the static stretcher, used ti wrap a heating pad around the cock for an increased stretch.

Girth was mostly gained pumping.

Im going to come back for an additional .5” or more in length with FAR infrared heating combined with vac extender. Im also going to use slightly narrower pumping tubes and plan on using a qs-7 programmible dynamic pumping system.
