Can you share what you've gained from if you have?
I was just wondering what gainers have ever gained from. I posted an thread similar to this one, but I hadn’t thought to be more broad and include exercises rather than jelqing. I always like to collect this sort of data, so I can know what works and what might not, so I that I may perhaps ensure continual gaining. Sure others would find it helpful too though :) .
