Has anyone gained using the O-BEND?

Hey, I’m a bit interested in this exercise. Sounds promising to get some girth gains.

Can the O-bends easily cause any kind of discoloration? Is it safer than doing Horses in respect to that?

Start around 2006-03 -- BPEL: 6.2" EG: 4.8"

Current 2008-04-27 ---- BPEL: 7.4" EG: 5.2" BaseGirth:6.1"

Later ------------------ BPEL: 7.87" EG: 5.9" :spin:

Mr. Orange is the only person who has reported any gains with this exercise, 1+” girth and 0.5” length.

Hey Swensk I’m not so sure about that. In the thread in the link in the beginning of this thread people are saying they are getting good results in a short time. Also I saw it recommended by a moderator here, mgus I think it was.

I’m just wondering how safe it is since I’m starting to worry a bit about discoloration after starting more heavy girth exercises.

Well, I’ve been trying it out for the last couple of days, and I gotta say, it’s pretty interesting. Because it is a low-erection exercise, I haven’t noticed any discoloration. We’ll see if I notice any results. I’m willing to give it a month to find out.

• Started Feb 2002: BPEL - 5.5" x EG-4.5"•

• Clamped 12/1/06 - 3/8/07 (put on hold while I try hanging) - NBPEL - 7.0"/BPEL - 7.25" x EG - 5.00" base x 4.50"mid • Just started hanging with Capt's Wench 3/8/07!

• Current: NBPEL - 7.0"/BPEL - 7.25" x EG - 5.25" base x 5.00"mid • Goal: BPEL 8" x EG 6.0" base •

I believe - key word being “believe” - that the risk for discoloration is less when doing O-bends than other girth exercises. You are putting great stress very locally on a sector of the tunica and the skin above, but not for long time (like clamping, sets of 10 minutes) or over the entire shaft at once. Thus I believe you have less risk of having blood trapped in the skin causing discoloration (by having iron migrating into the wrong place of the tissue, as I understand it).

Mgus, still, there are only a handful (if even that) that have gained anything by doing O-Bends. That was the question. I also like the idea of the exercise, and that it isn’t so high pressured, but I haven’t seen (m)any results at all by people doing it.

Okay, if you folks are up to it, give me a list of people claiming they have gained by doing this:

I do erect bends, but at almost 100% erection, and nowhere near 90 degrees. I bend until I feel a noticeable stress on the outside edge, hold the bend for a minute or so, and then move the flex-point to a different location. I’ve been doing this as a quiet, early morning exercise to take advantage of morning wood for a couple of months now. I felt my girth gains had stalled, and believe these bends have gotten it going again. I can only speculate that it has contributed about 1/8” in that time, but I wasn’t measuring for that technique, explicitly. (I thought erect bends had been discussed much more on this forum, though. I certainly didn’t invent them.)

2. Mgus - a tad after about two months of doing it.

3. Deadeye

4. ? people in the big thread, I believe.

plustwo,

Search for erect bends. Seems to me that you might be risking damage in areas that are compressed when bending (i.e. underside of shaft towards base when bending downwards etc). You are going above design pressure, and you don’t really have good control over it.

Thanks, mgus. Always monitoring the PIs. But I would think the compression is much less than I experience with clamping, no? And for much shorter durations.

mgus, are you still doing the O-bends or have done? How much have you gained?

Sorry if I put this in multiple threads, but arent O bends the same as plumped bends?

Plumped Bend Video

What do you people think? I guess the technique is the same, but a plumped bend is only held at the head, whereas the O bends are bend at the base, midshaft and under the head.

Motivations: - The smile on your girlfriends face when she pulls it out - You never have to hear "DEEPER!" (and if you do...you can) - Getting to see a mouth stretched around your cock and 2 hands req to work it - All of your girlfriends girlfriends knowing your big - Knowing you're the biggest she's been with and she'll always remember you in her life - Watching pornos and being so unimpressed

Thanks for asking this. I’ve never understood the difference, and would be interested in learning what it is. I’ve always done plumped bends at different positions along the shaft — base, mid and under the head. I think they were discribed that way when I first read about bends. I think the original discussions about bends were back on PE Forums, in olden times, when dinosaurs ruled the Earth.

flyreg,
yes, something similar at least. Some people described doing them in a fashion that is similar to Sadsak slinky’s. The principle is the interesting thing - isolating a small part of the tunica at a time, and increasing the pressure locally in a controlled fashion.

swensk,
no, I am not doing them now. I did them for about 2 months back whenever it was I posted about them. I gained about 2-4 mm girth, something like that.

plustwo,
I don’t think it’s comparable - it is quite likely that in the folded area the pressure is increased way beyond clamping pressure. If you read the threads about veinous leakage, I think (believe) that the venules might be under risk of damage from being subjected to increased pressure while at the same time being bent and folded out of shape. Just my two cents.

Thanks, again, mgus. Will ease up and also do some more reading on the subject…
