Expand Heat Shock
The following is the basic techniques I used many years ago to make really fast gains but today I have made some alterations to it to include natural PE. I currently stand at 7.5NBPx5.875 and 8.125BP
I hoping to achieve 8.5NBP or more by the end of the year.
Ive never incorporated any heat into my workouts other than a hot shower during my jelq workout however I been seeing more and more mention of this heating principle…
Not only as warm up technique for prevention of injury… but as an effective aid in the recovery and rebuilding of new tissues.
Recently Ive begun some experimental wrapping at night.
Somebody here made a mention of a velcro wrap and a hot water pad at night.
Besides the heat that aids in recovery… I was thinking more along the lines of keeping it in a constant state of expansion because the wrap at the base of your unit tends to create a mild uli effect,but you must be careful to not wrap too tight for long periods (especially while you sleep)
I’m also beginning a kind of shock approach to gains by doing a 20 minute pump session at moderate intensity every 4 hours for 2 days in a row,followed by a day of rest and then slowly start tapering it down to only once a day over the next 10 days in addition to light manual stretching (4x10 min) workouts evenly dispersed throughout the day.
I also continue wet jelqing once a day (15 minute) and maintaining the wrap for constant engorgement and cutting back on the workouts if I start to lose my daily morning erection. I think the crucial element here is to get enough rest and diet/supplements to allow some recovery and let the rebuilding process begin but not enough to allow complete retraction of tissues and that is a very delicate balance. I monitor the hardness of my erections in the morning as an indicator of over-training otherwise I continue the taper.
The theory behind all this is that the micro tears that occur as a result of the initial 2 shock days will repair themselves in the expanded state and thereby lead to faster gains…so far I am making incredible flaccid gains and girth seems to be on the rise but I will not really be able to tell the permanence of it all until I allow at least 24 hours from the last workout.
However,I need to carry this approach out to the end before I can really say it is a successful approach for me and recommend it to others… but you can try it at your own risk if you wish. The purpose for this post is to draw comments or input from those that have already experimented along those lines and perhaps it will lead me to make some adjustments.
